• Shadi (10/5): - السكن عبارة عن 4 شقق (شقتين فوق وشقتين ارضي) مع حوش كبير مشترك على بحيرة زيلامسي (ذي ملاحظة مهمة لاخوانا العرب) المكان والإطلالة اتعب وانا اقول جميل جدا ما شاء الله نفس الصور المرفقة المطبخ شبه كامل أدواته فيه غرفة غسيل مشتركة بين الشقق ب 3 يورو للمغسلة و3 يورو لنشاف السعر يعتبر مرتفع جدا بنسبة لزيلامسي وكابرون لكن حلال فيه غالي جدا
• Turki (8/5): - المكان جدًا ممتاز و شرح و المطل خيالي و الموظفين ودودين. طلع نظام شقق مو فنادق و الحديقة مشتركة بس الحمدلله ما كان فيه مستأجرين وقت اقامتي، و الموقف خطير شوية يطلعك على الشارع على طول و الشارع رايح جاي و ضيق.

• Jana (10/5): - Naprosto úžasné ubytování, vymazlené do posledního detailu. Apartmán je opravdu obrovský, s úžasným výhledem na jezero. Majitelé jsou velmi přátelští a milí. Opravdu doporučujeme, myslím si, ze jsme tu nebyli naposledy.

Die Betten, auch die Couchliege, super bequem. Trotz schlechten Wetter war es ein schönes, chilliges Family Wochenende:) Es war alles top!

• Naif (10/5): - من أروع الأماكن اللي زرتها في زيلامسي وراح تكون جميع اقاماتي المستقبلية فيها، اخذت الشقة العليا وصراحة اتعب وانا اقول روعة والمنظر والمكان ولا في الخيال والشقة أروع مما كنت اتخيل وكل شي موجود فيها من أغراض المطبخ كامل والغسالة والمكواة وحتى المواقف، أصحاب المكان (زهرة ومصطفى) مسلمين من البوسنة ودودين بشكل كبير ومتعاونين مع الجميع اشكرهم بشدة على كل شي

Our apartment was TOP 1, with sauna and luxury feeling, private access to the lake, and big space inside the apartment and outside. Parking area is big and free. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet space. The location is really unique, only 5 minutes drive to center of Zell am See

We couldn't get into the apartmen - The lake view specious apartment, perfect location The sleeping beds mattress and below completely needs to be change its not comfortable for sleep Insects and flies are very annoying and there is no insecticide
• Jabir (9/5): تجربه ممتازه جداً وموقعها ممتاز - موقع الشقه ممتاز جداً استقبال الموظفه زهره كان ممتاز وخدومه جداً مثلاً في غساله مشتركه ولاعرفنا لها هي الي غسلت لنا بدون مقابل مشكله اكثر فنادق اوروبا مافيها تكييف ولا شطاف لاكن فيه مكيفات المتنقله الصغيره وللامانه زينه المشكله الوحيده عند وصولنا ماشفت ايميلهم انهم طلبو مني اتواصل معهم قبل اوصل بنص ساعه عشان يكونون موجودين قدامي يعني كلمهم قبلها بساعه عشان يكونون متواجدين قبل توصل المشكله الثانيه اللوكيشن مايطلع في قوقل ماب عشان كذا طلعه من موقع بوكنق او تواصل معهم يرسلون لك موقعهم

• Abby (10/5): Amazing lake and mountain stay! - Absolutely beautiful location. And views of the mountains that were stunning. Very clean and well kept and new. Kind people to welcome us upon arrival. Very accommodating for our request to help us with an extra bed on the floor. Lovely place. Wish we could have stayed longer. The deposit of cash upon check in wasn’t made clear. No air conditioning and should also give lake towels for swimming. Getting the summer card was a little bit of a hassle but we figured it out.

Zahra and Mostafa were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning – such a peaceful and relaxing setting. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you, Zahra and Mostafa, for being such amazing hosts. I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend! Honestly, I couldn't find anything I didn't like. Everything was great!

• Mohammed (7/5): Nice view ,but I will not back to the apartment - The view, the location and the people The place was uncomfortable because of the large number of spiders and bees. There were spiders in the bathroom and on the door of the apartment. Many of them were from us, which caused fear for my children and discomfort for us. Therefore, I preferred to have a net on the doors or windows because of the insects. We did not open the doors and windows, so the apartment was very hot and there was no fan. I also did not expect that the iron would be shared by all the apartments, and this was very tiring, especially for the family.

• Sadiq (10/5): Pleasant Stay - My family and I recently enjoyed a three-night stay at this exceptional apartment. The owner Mr Rienhard was readily accessible via WhatsApp, ensuring an easy check-in and check-out process. The location was superb, offering a fantastic sea view. The apartment was very clean, and every necessary utensil was provided. Mrs. Dani was exceedingly kind and accommodating. Although a €300 cash deposit was required upon arrival, it was promptly returned on our last day. - One night, the temperature was quite warm, and we were unable to open the windows due to the presence of mosquitos. Additionally, there was no air conditioning available. Considering the increasing impact of global warming, it is better for accommodations in Europe to provide at least a fan during the summer months. Moreover, I had specifically requested a deluxe apartment because it was supposed to include two separate sofa beds. Unfortunately, only one double sofa bed was provided.

• Yousif (6/5): the place was great but the mangement is bad - Right in front of the lake, and the modern design of the interiors. 1. the lawn mower robot is always on which makes the grass always have the waste on the ground. you can’t walk to the lake without getting your shoes dirty and you will have to take off your shows outside the apartment. 2. the most annoying thing is the EUR 300 deposit you have to pay in cash when you arrive. There are many safe online gateway solutions for the payments but the owner chose to collect it in cash when he’s free to pass by. otherwise he will call and send endless messages until you pay. moreover, he does not give you any cash receipt document which seemed suspicious, and when I asked for one he pulled the first paper he saw, which was a medical report, and wrote few sentences stating the amount but forgot to write the names and sign it. I laughed when I received it. these little things annoyed me and I wouldn’t go back unless they change.
