• Irene (10/5): Highly Recommend ***** - Everything was as per the photos. Location was fantastic, has double glazed windows so noise was not an issue being on the main road. Would definitely stay again and couple we stayed with said they would stay again. Everything was clean, beds were so comfortable. Nothing really. If I had to say anything would have been nice to have had some milk in the fridge for coffee in the morning, or let us know to bring our own
• Debra (10/5): The unit is very central to everything. Supermarket, cafes,pubs and bars. - This is a beautiful property with every amenity. It was so comfortable and well appointed. Right on the park at the beach watching the palm trees in bed. There’s a restaurant/bar underneath and they played great music. The stairs. There’s 21 steps to the unit.
• John (7/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - The location was great, just off the main street. The apartment was clean, and comfortable. The general look of the property was just like the pictures, very good. The cooling was great. The addition of a washer, dryer and airer were great. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Did not realise there were so many steps to the property, the property was a little hard to find as we found the printed sign in a doorway for apartment 2&3, but not number 1, the map provided the writing is not clear and when we tried to zoom in, the writing was more distorted. There was no complimentary mini milk and for the price of the room, I would have expected that, there were no coat hangers available, but when we complained we did receive some the next day. We could not find any cutlery, but again when we complained it was explained there was a hidden drawer, with a tiny note on it, not helpful for 2 people looking for a spoon around 9pm without reading glasses on and going crazy going through the cupboards and drawers. The TV in the lounge area did not work properly, it came up with error messages constantly on the first night, and the second night there was no volume, we tried to troubleshoot but it was late, so we ended up watching TV in the bedroom. There are downloadable instructions and manuals, and we are tech savvy but a simple print out explaining how to find the hidden drawer and how to operate the tv would have been great, as we did not want to waste our 2 days downloading and reading booklets on everything.

• natasha (8/5): - Property itself was great, two ensuited bedrooms with a full kitchen and laundry was exactly what we needed. The noise! Windows need to be glazed, the noise from surrounding nightlife and people talking on the street below did my head in.

• Krystian (9/5): We enjoyed our stay immensely! We had a wonderful time. - Convenience and comfort in the heart of Airlie Beach! Cosy furnishings, quality linen, and all the essentials you need, including utensils, cutlery, crockery, and even a coffee maker!! With a variety of eateries, restaurants, bars, and nightlife just metres from the doorstep. Everything we needed! The ironing board provided was quite compact. I did request a full-sized one for just one night, as I know they have several apartments, but they weren’t able to provide one on this occasion. It’s worth noting that in other Pavilion's apartments I’ve stayed in, they’ve had full-sized ironing boards, so this might just be unique to this particular apartment.

Good aircon and fan to cool down from the heat. It has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable weekend stay. Washing machine was a bit dirty and needs a clean.

• Priya (9/5): Would highly recommend this property and Nat was great! - Great location right in the middle of shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Kids had a great time!! The property had everything we needed for our stay. Dryer was an added bonus. We could hear the bands playing throughout the night but were warned about this by the property management. If you are a light sleeper this would not be good for you. Stovetop was having a few issues during our stay but because of such a short stay we didn’t need to use it much.

• Leah (10/5): - This place is perfect!! Everything about it was spot on. The only tiny issue was WiFi isn’t amazing. No issue if you don’t need WiFi! but as I was working it was a slight issue! Apart from that it’s perfect!

Had everything you would need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen and towels were lovely. The toiletries supplied were very good quality. Beach towels were also supplied . A very central location on the main street which was great. This did not impact on us at all it was quiet in the apartment and the bedroom was at the back. Nothing

• Ross (8/5): Modern central apartment - Lovely spacious and modern apartment, was great having laundry facilities, nice TV and beautiful balcony with loungers overlooking the beach. Bed was also very comfy! Central location was ideal for exploring Airlie. Our apartment was directly over a restaurant/bar, and whilst I expected some noise based on previous reviews I was surprised at how much the sound travelled, thankfully the live music stopped around 10pm every night, but then staff would be setting up the restaurant around 6:30am. Overall, it didn’t interrupt our sleep but it wasn’t the most peaceful experience.
• dave_mitch (9/5): Great location, so close to town and with everything you need. - We loved the location, right in the main street and so handy to shops and morning coffee. We even ate in the restaurant that is directly below the apartment and it was delicious. Being in this location meant that there was some noise from the restaurant below as they have live music every night and their patrons can be heard. However, this was not a problem as it always concluded at about 9 p.m., then it went quiet. We recommend this place for comfort, price and convenience. Nothing.

Nat was very easy to deal with and checked in on us halfway thru our stay . Not noisy at all really as windows double glazed. Didn’t annoy us at all . Across from KC grill and McDonald’s . Walked everywhere . 10 day stay felt like home . Security easy to use . 10/10 very close to lagoon for a swim . No hills to climb Nothing

• Lynne (10/5): Beautiful apartment in central Airlie Beach with balcony overlooking Airlie Beach. I would strongly - The location was very central, overlooking Airlie Beach. Very central location, comfortable apartment with everything you need at hand from coffee machine to washing machine/ dryer. I can’t say it was an issue for us but due to being such a central location there is naturally going to be noise from nearby restaurants at night or in morning.

Fantastic to prepare food. I'd definately try to book here again!! A photo of front door entrance, would help find the place. A sewerage? truck parks outside bedroom window, operating early hours. Each morning. Not the units fault! Parking is a good luck mission. But really shouldn't complain at all, as this is value for money.

• Jessica (9/5): Great place and amazing value - would stay again. - Modern and clean apartment, everything you need in the kitchen / apartment, great location and quiet (you can hear the live music a little bit but it stops about 10pm and it was pleasant). The booking pages / description could have been a little clearer so we knew we didn’t have a balcony. They have already taken on the feedback and it may just have been I didn’t quite realise the difference when selecting the apartment type.

It's a great place As first timers to Airlie, after we booked we were told there might be noise from the council or events, which was further from the truth, Apartment 1 is situated directly above a bar/ Restaurant...and Play ground.not worth the price...

There is a great restaurant downstairs and several good pubs up the road. Walking distance to everything. Nothing! the noise from restaurants and bars stops in the night probably around 11 I think and did not keep me awake at all

• John (9/5): Spacious and well equipped apartment near to all facilities in a delightful seaside town. Unmissable - Great location, near beach and shops, all facilities. Self catering but easy (and inexpensive) to shop at nearby Woolworths and make own meals. Large living room/kitchen with great appliances. A couple weren't working (kettle, hair dryer) but were quickly replaced. Washing machine, drier, small dish washer, coffee maker with lots of coffee capsules. Dish washer liquid, soaps, detergent all provided. Very comfortable bed. A/C, ceiling fans, two TV's. The only hassle was getting there. Due to connectivity issues we didn't receive our door key message or directions and it took a long time to find who had these. Eventually Natalie saved the day by sending an email with all details. It would be better if these were sent a couple of days in advance, or even on booking acceptance.
• Marco (10/5): We are truly grateful to have spent two nights here—a fantastic place and an absolute must-stay! 10/10 or more - The Pavillion Collection is in an unbeatable location, right on the beach, and our room with a bay view was absolutely stunning. It felt more like a beautifully designed home rather than just a rental. The attention to detail was incredible—gorgeous furniture, carefully curated decor, and even thoughtfully selected books on the shelves. This wasn’t just a generic apartment; it had a real sense of style and personality, as if someone had designed it with love and care. Some standout features were the Terrazzo tables, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the beautiful sliding door between the living room and bedroom, which gave the space an elegant and cozy feel. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to spend time, not just a spot to sleep. While the music from Paradiso downstairs was quite loud, they stopped playing at 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t an issue at all. We are truly grateful to have spent two nights here—a fantastic place and an absolute must-stay! 10/10 or more
