Thomas (7/5): - Lage der Unterkunft gut . Gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, jedoch nach 20.00 Uhr wird es schlecht. könnte eine kleine Renovierung erfolgen
Julia (8/5): Tolle Erholung möglich - Der Garten, der zum Grundstück gehört ist traumhaft, vor allem für Kinder. Es gab eine eigene Feuerstelle und einen direkten Zugang zum Bach. Hätte gern fürs Kleinkind zum Mittagsschlaf die Zimmer dunkler machen wollen
Hans-Jürgen (7/5): - Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab jedoch ein Problem mit der Heizung, die Heizungsrohre hatten wahrscheinlich über den Winter ein Leck und es war an einer Stelle sehr feucht. Der Vermieter hatte uns sofort einen Elektroheizkörper bereitgestellt und nach 2 Tagen waren die Raumtemperatur angenehm. Für den Preis kann man das Quartier zum Wandern wieder nutzen.

Lenka (10/5): Great accommodation in a perfect location - The accommodation was comfortable and absolutely clean. The owner, Arsen, is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect – it's on hiking trails and close to public transport. The parking space is small, but I learned how to park there. :-)

Ben (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft zum Loswandern - Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier. Sehr netter Vermieter, schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Lage perfekt zum Loswandern und Haltestelle Wanderbus/Kirnitzschtalbahn direkt um die Ecke. Nur zum Supermarkt zu Fuß ein Stückchen zu laufen, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Frank (9/5): Bombe - Ich bin mit meinem 8 jährigen Sohn das fünfte Mal in dem Apartment und wir sind immer glücklich dort sie Ferien zu verbringen. Mein Sohn weiss besonders den Grillplatz am Wasser zu schätzen.
Armin (6/5): - Gute, sehr ruhige Lage im Grünen an der Kirnitzsch, Haltestellen für Bus und Kirnitzschtalbahn sind nur 4 Minuten entfernt. Der Bungalow inkl. Bad und Küche war in einem sauberen Zustand. Der sehr zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite Vermieter war auch zu später Stunde noch ansprechbar und hat uns ohne weiteres das defekte Türschloss ausgetauscht und zusätzliche Decken gegeben. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sonst haben wir kaum etwas vermisst. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich konnte nur mit einem Heizlüfter beheizt werden, was für Mitte Oktober bei recht dünnen Bettdecken schon grenzwertig ist. Einer der zwei Lattenroste sorgte für Rückenschmerzen.
Jana (8/5): Idyllischer Ort als Ausgangspunkt für erlebnisreiche Wanderungen ins Elbsandsteingebirge. - Die Lage war hervorragend, Naturnah, ruhig, kurze Anbindung an ÖPNV, Ortsausgang von Bad Schandau, gut ausgebaute Gehwege in die Stadt, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, war stets ansprechbar und behilflich Grundausstattung des Bungalow war okay, gepflegtes Grundstück, abschließbare Garage Heizung nicht ausreichend, WLAN schwach
Malina (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage und ausgesprochen netter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist simpel aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr sauber; man konnte sich wirklich wohlfühlen:) Leider kein Backofen sondern nur Airfryer.

Lena (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist groß und schaut so aus wie abgebildet. Die Küche ist mit drei Töpfen und zwei Pfannen gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles sauber. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle und ca 25min von Zentrum von Bad Schandau und 45min vom Bahnhof zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann direkt zum Schrammtor loswandern Es gab nur ein scharfes Messer. In der Dusche war leider kein Licht.
Luca (10/5): Super verblijf - Hele aardige gastheer, top parkeerplek (al was dit even oefenen). Heel fijn huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt! Ook de afstand naar het dorpje is goed loopbaar en het trammetje is ook om.de hoek. Geen nadelige punten ervaren. De inrichting is wat gedateerd, en het bed is redelijk dun, maar dat is meer persoonlijke voorkeur.

Carsten (7/5): Wer es rustikal mag, kann dort gut unterkommen. Man kann durch die Ruhe sehr gut abschalten. Der Vermieter ist freundlic - Herrliche Lage, Top Bad + Küche, sehr bequemes Bett, es war sauber Position des TV‘s sowie Empfang von Programmen, schlechter WLAN Empfang, Parkplatz nichts für große Autos, leicht muffiger Geruch in der Unterkunft

Absolutely lovely location with the river flowing past the property and you can dip your toes in it or take a swim. Lovely view over the hillside from the room. The apartment is fine and we had what we needed. If you need a parking space, reach out to the owner via message to ask for availability. The only thing is that we could not stay longer ;-).

Danilo (9/5): Cosy and great location - Very cosy, had everything we needed. Parking inside a garage. Beautiful views into the nature, , much better in reality than the photos. Excellent location as you can leave the car, walk 3 minutes and take the kirnitzschtalbahn to explore the different hikes in the sächsische Schweiz. Host very kind. Ceiling windows were old and weren't soundproof at all. Not ideal for light sleepers as you could hear the passing traffic. Also, there were no darkening curtains in the bedrooms which made it difficult to sleep in.

Am Abreisetag konnten wir etwas länger im Apartment bleiben, und den Regenguss abwarten. Außerdem konnten wir unser Gepäck bis zum Bezug am Anreisetag zwischenlagern. Leicht muffiger Geruch im Apartment. Wir konnten am Anreisetag nicht bereits um 15:00 Uhr (wie beschrieben) in unser Apartment

Vicky (8/5): Stunning! Would stay again - but would be nice if the shower didn't clog! - Views, the space itself, skylights above the bed to watch the stars. Friendly host. Good access to hiking trails. Shower was constantly clogging which was annoying. Also, I kept finding wasps in the apartment (4 live ones in 4 days, plus 3 dead ones) - despite keeping the windows shut. Its an old building deep in nature so I dont mind the odd bug, but it did feel like there might be a nest nearby, hopefully something that could be easily resolved!

Star (10/5): Excellent room, location and host. Would highly recommend. - The host, Arsen, was incredibly accommodating to us during our stay and went above and beyond several times. The location is beautiful with quiet access to a passing river with lots of space. The room itself was excellent, with a full kitchen and modern bathroom. Everything was perfect, there was nothing that we did not like about our stay.

Vining (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely bungalow with a cute garden and in a perfect location to start hiking right away. The host was very kind and even lent us bikes to use to get quickly into the city center. Would stay again!
Chihiro (9/5): Superb - It was conveniently located in between the town center and hiking trails. We didn't have a car so very happy the bus stop is just 3min walk away from the apartment. The owner was very responsive which made it easy for us to plan our trip. Their garden by a stream with a big table and chairs was very soothing, great place to spend evenings. Apartment was spotless clean and spacious. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook simple stuff. Value for money was great! Our apartment was on the attic floor so the ceiling was quite low, I'm around 160cm but It was hard to do dishes in the kitchen (where the ceiling is angled) so if you are 180cm+, you might feel yourself Gulliver in Lilliput.
Petra (10/5): Exceptional - Nice bungalow in the garden, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, great location for a good price. I certainly recommend it! It was a bit cold in the evenings (early May) when the sun went down and the wifi was not very strong. But these are only minor points.

Julie (10/5): Charming bungalow in beautiful surroundings - I loved my little purple bungalow. It was so relaxing & the area is just beautiful. The host was friendly & welcoming. Bad Shandau is a beautiful town & this is the perfect place to stay. There was a 2 ring cooker, fridge, tv, plenty of kitchen equipment & a very comfortable bed. It was perfect to sit outside too with comfy padded chairs & a canopy. There are large grounds that lead to the stream where the tram runs past too. There are facilities for bbq. It is a good place for couples or groups as there are a few apartments on site. I would definitely stay here again. I felt really at home here and safe. The WiFi was better outside due to the location but who wants to spend time on the Internet in such lovely surroundings. My only real niggle was the bed linen. The bed was very comfortable but the bed linen could do with updating. I still slept well though as it was so comfy. I also do prefer a double quilt. I might be single but I do not like a single quilt, as I like to feel cosy.
