• Ann-Sophie Wenzke (10/5): Gemütliches Apartment in sehr guter Lage - Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, bietet genügend Platz für einen (Wochenend-) Ausflug einer drei- bis vierköpfigen Familie oder einer Gruppe von Freunden. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und der Check-in war sehr gut und einfach. Beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir gern eine Nacht länger. Alles in allem hat uns unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Für uns stellte auch der Check-in bis maximal 19:00 Uhr keine Herausforderung dar, da wir separat angereist sind.

• Heike (8/5): Toll gelegene grosse Wohnung. - Super netter Kontakt. Lage 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt. Sehr leise Umgebung. Betten super, schöne große Zimmer, gut eingerichtet. Eine Dusche wäre im Bad besser, aber die Badewanne geht zum Duschen, ist allerdings sehr hoch. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es waren nur 2 Eierbecher da und Sektgläser fehlten. Aber das ist jaulen auf hohem Niveau. Ein zusätzlicher Sessel, falls sich jemand nicht so auf die tiefe Liegecouch setzen möchte oder kann, wäre super. Man sollte auch beachten, dass kein Fahrstuhl da ist, wenn man nicht so fit ist.

Duży plus dla właścicieli poniewaz sa nastawieni na to aby goście czuli sie komfortowo. Dodatkowym pozytywnym aspektem jest to ze Pan Olaf odrazu po dokonaniu rezerwacji zadzwonił do mnie a jak sie okazało ze mowie tylko w języku polskim to odpowiesziql ze za chwilę zadzwoni zona ktora mowi w języku polskim. Panstwo przemili, a właścicielka osobiście pofatygowała sie aby pokazać mieszkanie oraz pomogla z parkingiem, ktory dla nas zablokowałaś własnym samochodem. Mógłbym pisac i pisac ale z czystym sumieniem polecam ten i inne obiekty nal2zqce to tych właścicieli. Jest to miejsce dojdzie zarówno rodziny z dziećmi jak i ludzie podróżujący biznesowo beda czuć sie dobrze w tym miejscu.

• Raymond (8/5): Excellent comfort and great value. - Almost like home. A clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment. Good central location within 15-20 minute walking distance of all points of interest. Well insulated against noise on a quiet street.
• Nikos (9/5): Superb - A modern apprtment that is very close to the city. The deposit that was required to book the appartment it is something that might bother some guest (especially when the would like to stay 3+ days). Parking a car might be an issue (as in most areas of Brauschweig)

A washing machine was advertised as part of the apartment, but I had to go to downstair via a few corridors to reach a communal washing machine. Seems more like an AirB&B apartment than a Bookings.com apartment. Only one pillow was provided for the double bed, I asked for another one and it was provided.

• Angela (10/5): Home from home in a wonderful city - The quality of all the furniture and equipment was excellent. The wifi and heating functioned well The flat is only 5 minutes away from tram and buses in one direction and the Dom in the other I prefer to have a microwave, but many German kitchens don't have one and this appartement has a superb cooker with full sized oven and responsive electric hob, so this is only a small comment about a personal preference

Make sure you have an extra 500€ on your account for the deposit, as you will get access to these again only a few days after your stay.

Central location within easy walking distance to the city centre. Amazing restaurants nearby. Apartment itself was bright and clean. All basic amenities that you need are included. Olaf even made sure we had coffee for our mornings. We were in town during a heat wave and the apartment managed to stay cool. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our time in Braunschweig. Regarding the parking others have spoken about. The parking adjacent to the storefront downstairs is free from 6pm-8am. Other times it is for residents only. However, within 100m and on the same block, there is pay parking available for a small fee as well as a larger parking lot for longer term. This seems standard in the downtown area.
