Marcos is super accomodating and very keen to help with recommendations. He was even kind enough to let us drop off our bags before check in Only small criticism is that the kitchen could have been slightly better equipped (bowls, maybe oil and salt) Also cash payment is preferred 😁

- Patrick (9/5): A lovely apartment in a vibrant location in the caring hands of a wonderful host. - Silvia is the perfect host - attentive, kind and considerate. The accommodation is in a fantastic location, close to the heart of vibrant Soho, with the cafe culture, restaurants, markets, and other trappings of Bohemia. The pool and outside space are not huge, but more than adequate. Oh, WiFi is excellent! There is no getting away from it - but if you want to be this close to the life and vibe of Soho, it comes with some noise - which finds its way inside. It really can’t be help and shouldn’t detract from from all the positives brought by staying here.

- M (8/5): Very good - It is a a modern compact studio, very well located at the edge of Soho, meaning you can get all the benefit of the night life without the nuisance. A great cafe for breakfast accross the street. Also a vegan supermarket for ready-meals. Many restaurants in Soho area. The building has a security guard at the entrance, so there is always a friendly face welcoming you. The hostess is very friendly and is there for you if you need something. Not you need to to pay in cash (in dollars) on the spot - so it calls for planning ahead instead of practically paying via booking.com or with card. The building next door was ondergoing construction - this said not that much noise (and will probably make the street even more beautiful when is done).
- Chris (4/5): construction site next door, but Palermo good location - great 24/7 security, location was good for restaurants and felt safe there is a construction site that borders the wall, so we heard loud drilling and banging from 7am until at least midday (when we left) weekdays, and was present when we arrived back at 4pm. the host said she gave us “half price” when we had actually offered to pay cash dollars and so asked to use the blue dollar rate - which is what we’d been expecting- so not half price. the price she listed at $800 for 5 nights would have been an overcharge for the market price. no cleaning facilities provided for dishes, other than a dirty dish sponge.
