• Belen (10/5): El departamento es perfecto si buscas tranquilidad y seguridad. - La calidez y buena predisposición de la dueña. La ubicación es cómoda, subte y colectivos cercanos. La zona es segura. El departamento es amplio para dos personas. No tengo ninguna queja.

• Anca (10/5): Excellent! - The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a 14-night stay. We were two adults and one child and had two beds available: the one in the bedroom and the sofa bed, both equipped with clean linen. We had a balcony with a great view. The kitchen was very well-equipped (big, cleaned, refrigerateur, microwave owen etc); all the utensils were clean and in good condition. The neighbors were quiet, and the building was clean and safe. The washing machine is new and works very well (we also had a clothes dryer and clothespins). The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower, and shampoo, soap, and shower gel were provided. The area around Huergo 286 is safe. You can find several markets nearby (we preferred Jumbo, which is 750m away), restaurants, and coffee & wine bars. We used Uber (and sometimes Cabify) quite often because it was cheap, especially for long distances where the SUBTE wasn't an option. The hosts, Adriana and Rosita, are very nice and helpful. We communicated constantly via WhatsApp (before arrival, during our stay, and at departure). We also received a SUBE card to use during our stay, which can be recharged at any SUBTE station.

She is really person on right place & if you wanna enjoy your trip make sure you book her apartment, she can help you out with anything you need & improve your stay. Love the apartment as it’s separated 1 bedroom (sleeping room), very helpful for us with baby, we could have privacy & our space while baby sleep. Not many 1 bedrooms apartments in BA, so this was really special. Have all what you need for easy cooking, & washing machine & all toiletries. Apartment is located on the top floor - great view from there. Need to open with the key 🔑 main door (downstairs) also while leaving the property, (I saw is very usual in BA, but was not for us) :) Nothing really what I dislike 🙏
• Marianet (9/5): Muy buena opción - Luminoso, amplio, vistas despejadas y muy completo ( A/C en salón y dormitorio, cocina equipada,lavadora y detalles como x ej. material de gim y tarjeta sube de cortesía) y buena wifi. Muy buena comunicación y buen rollo. Nada que impida tener una cómoda estancia, solo detalles minimos de mantenimiento gral.

• Joaquin (10/5): Ubicación inmejorable y tranquilidad total en el corazón de Palermo - La locación de este alojamiento es insuperable. Tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar a unos pocos metros en un barrio súper tranquilo, seguro y con muchos lugares cerca para salir a comer o salir a divertirse. Está en la mejor zona de Palermo. El apartamento es cómodo, silencioso y tiene una hermosa vista. Faltan un par de utensilios en la cocina, pero tiene lo indispensable.

• Gisela (9/5): - Location is great, very clean apartment and with great amenities. Appreciate as well of getting a SUBE card to be able to travel in public transport, knowing how hard it's to get a card in Buenos Aires. Recommended! The only thing I would say is to add more toilet rolls for longer stays. Just one for two people staying more than a week was not enough and we had to repurchase. Apart from that, all good!

La conexión wifi de alta velocidad. La zona inmejorable. No es que no me haya gustado, pero priorizaría TV en el living y no el cuarto.

• MARCELO (10/5): - Detalles, como disponer de hielo listo para consumir, disponer de café y disponer de una pava electrica. Un tema de gusto personal, el colchón nos resultó algo duro.

• Lucie (10/5): A great place to stay at when visiting Buenos Aires! - Very spacious place with a lot of daylight, a nice balcony, quite a well-equipped kitchen, and a very comfy bed. It had all we needed. :) Rosita welcomed us and showed us everything in the apartment. She also gave us the public transport card so we could recharge it and use it for our commute without buying a new one. The checkout was also very smooth. And while we stayed, Adriana gave us many tips on what to do and where to go, and was available for all our questions. If we ever come back to Buenos Aires, we would love to stay here again! The internet was a bit slower in the bedroom and we were slightly confused about how to recycle the trash, but these were only minor things. :)
• Andrew (10/5): We had a very happy three night stay in this very nice apartment. - A good location in north Palermo, close to loads of very nice restaurants and bars. Apartment has a nice balcony with good views, and a separate bedroom. The host, Adri, was very responsive and helpful and, for example, went out of her way to arrange a payment method that suited us. She even provided a public transport card with credit on it, which was a great help. The laundry room was a godsend after having travelled and trekked for two weeks with no access to facilities. Nothing really. It's usual for kitchen facilities in these apartments to be very basic, but this was sufficiently well-equiped for us to cook proper meals - and even had a few basic commodities like salt, pepper, oil, coffee filter papers etc which was very helpful indeed.
• Tracy (10/5): Verbal, this is a nice apartment with a great view. - The view, the light and the space in the living area were very nice. The owner is very responsive via messaging, and check in and check out were easy. The bathroom is a bit small. You have to squeeze by the door to get out.

• Elaine (10/5): I had a phenomenal stay and Adriana was an excellent host. - Adriana communicated with me promptly in advance and was very flexible about my check-in and check-out times. She made things exceptionally smooth and easy! The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with a coffee machine and laundry machine! The building is located in a very well-connected neighbourhood by bus and subté, and there are many excellent restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I can't recommend more highly! Nothing!

• Maria (9/5): Great place in a calm and safe district - Great big windows (nice view over the city, lovely sunshine in the morning), nice and calm location, close to public transport (and the owner offers a SUBE card for free), good communication with the owner, very clean (and offers additional cleaning during a longer stay), very comfortable mattress in the bedroom, yoga mat and some exercising equipment, well equipped kitchen with some basic products, free toiletries, air conditioning with heating option (important in the winter). Nothing worth mentioning.
• Aline (10/5): Bright apt with all that’s needed for a pleasant stay. Very convenient to eateries, transportation and stores. Great ho - Nice, bright, well equipped apt in the Las Canitas area of Palermo. Adriana even had grocery bags and a yoga mat which was so nice to do yoga after a long day of walking. Restaurants, bakeries, cafes, ice cream shop, fruit market, grocery and liquor store close-by, bus station (around the corner if needed). Adriana was very flexible and accommodating and Rosita made us feel very welcome. Nothing- we had a wonderful stay

• Yuchi (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice and comfortable place to stay, it has laundry machine which is very convenient too. Walking distance to many restaurants is also great.
• Miles (10/5): Amazing apartment in Las Canitas with a spectacular view !!! - Absolutely amazing apartment with a spectacular view over the city (it is on the 8th floor). It was large and spacious, has everything you would need for your stay and is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Las Canitas. There were many restaurants, bars and supermarkets near by, Carranza metro station is only a 5 to 10 minute walk and there is also a Western Union only 2 blocks away where you can transfer money from overseas and exchange to Argentinian pesos (Western Union has the best exchange rate and both times I visited they had sufficient cash available). It was wonderful to sit on the balcony during the day or night and look over the city and you can even see the planes take off from the nearby Aeroparque. I was met at the apartment on the day of arrival and given a tour of the facilities and the host was always available to contact via WhatsApp and even messaged me a few times during my stay to make sure everything was ok !!! There really wasn't anything negative for me, but if I had to absolutely think of something is that it is not located in the city centre. However, Las Canitas is a much better neighborhood to stay in if you are visiting, it is very easy to reach the centre by subway and it also very cheap to take a taxi with either Cabify or Uber anywhere in the city.
