- Susy (10/5): Casinha de carinho no centro de BA - Sobre localização: excelente! Possível fazer tudo a pé nos pontos turísticos mais centrais. Sobre disposição da Sra Ana e senhores do ap: estavam sempre a postos para o que fosse preciso, me forneceu ajuda já uma semana antes de ir por WhatsApp. Maravilhosa hospitalidade. Sobre a instalação: cozinha dentro do quarto bem equipada, com micro-ondas, torradeira, chaleira, Frigobar, pia, cafeteira, utensílios de cozinha, insumos para café (chá, café, chocolate, açúcar) água e panos. Banheiro reformado, uma gracinha, chuveiro maravilhoso com temperatura ajustável para qualquer temperatura. Também tinha toalhas bem cheirosas. Camas confortáveis e roupas de cama bem limpinhas. Como fica no fundo, a claridade e barulho não chegam, para nós foi um diferencial pois conseguimos descansar bem e perder um pouco a noção do tempo. Tem um banheiro extra do lado de fora, completo também. Além da cozinha dentro, tem uma do lado de fora compartilhavel, maior, com fogão, geladeira e mais utensílios caso precise cozinhar algo maior. Tem ar condicionado. Tem um jardim bem agradável. Nos sentimos bem a vontade, privacidade e bem tranquilo, nem pareciam haver outras pessoas nos aps ao lado. Não julguem o ap com a entrada, da rua até o ap tem um corredor bem longo, mas depois vem o cantinho do aconchego e da para sentir o carinho em cada detalhe. Gostamos de tudo isso! Não é um feedback para negativar, mas apesar de um pé direito alto, a falta de uma ventilação acaba deixando um cheiro de guardado quando entrávamos, mas nada que deixar a porta aberta um pouquinho não resolvia.

- Deborah (8/5): Quaint, quiet, cosy studio in the centre of the city - This quaint, cosy studio is located in the centre of the city so many attractions are in walking distance. It's a good place to catch up on sleep after many hours of travel as it's quiet and dark, with the only light coming in through the door. There are lovely features such as the curved brick ceiling. Communication was effective and we were met at the front door. The studio is personally decorated and has an intimate internal courtyard. Everything you need for a short stay is there. The bed can be a double or 2 singles. You can choose The apartment needs a little more care as the taps were loose and a few other things. The shower takes about 10 minutes to warm up and build pressure. As there is limited ventilation, artificial scents are used and I'm unfortunately allergic to them.

Llegamos al departamento con todas las ilusiones y fue mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos! Cumplieron con absolutamente todo y DESTACO LA AMABILIDAD con la que fuimos recibidos. Es un 10/10, pleno centro y tenes al alcance todo! Sin dudas volveríamos, en su cuaderno les dejamos un mensaje de lo hermoso que la pasamos! Espero volver pronto, por 2026 de viajes y buenas noticias! Gracias!

- Fabio (9/5): A nice central place to stay in BA - The host Ana was perfect and she even gave us a transport card (which unfortunately we forgot to return!). Also there was always water and fresh fruit available, free use of the washing machine and comfortable bed. When asked she suggested we checked out the Mansion Tango just down the road and had a great evening. Thank you for making our 6 day stay in BA a success! We had room nr.1 so the only natural air comes from the glass entrance doors so we 'lived' in the room during day with the door open.

Over and above the perfect accommodations, she also helped me get a taxi from the airport, access public transportation with a bus/train pass, and store my bags while I was discovering the city. I appreciated her help, and came away with wonderful memories of B.A.. Nothing that I can think of.

Ana was very friendly, she communicated very well (in English too, which was a plus for us!) and even brought us some surprise sweets for breakfast🥰 We didn’t know how to get in at first, luckily a friendly neighbor let us in ;)
- Tomas (8/5): In spite of some problems a good place to stay. - Breakfast was OK, you prepared it yourself eggs, yogurt, bread, marmalade, coffee and tea. Location was good and quiet. Comfortable bed. We couldn’t look the door. Ana sent for a locksmith who fixed the problem reasonably. No water in the bathroom unless you opened the tab in the kitchen. Then it sometimes worked. At times we had to take our shower outside our studio. Ana said she would have it fixed.

The location was excellent for sightseeing around the main attractions. The tv had Netflix with Argentine films for a quiet night in. The room/loft was nicely laid out and sparkling clean. I loved the apartment and my stay in Buenos Aires. Thank you Ana!
