• Basualdo Falleau (8/5): Todo muy lindo pero - La ubicación la calidez del lugar trato de los dueños Se nos inundó el departamento por la cocina, estaba todo tapada ya que el edificio es viejo y justo reventó en ese , estuvimos desde una mañana hasta la tarde viendo como solucionar y esperando al destapador, y después nos tocó limpiar todo el agua servida que quedó en todo el departamento . Básicamente perdimos el día ya que teníamos actividades planificadas y luego no pudimos siquiera dejar las valijas hasta la hora que teníamos previsto viajar ,tuvimos que pagar otro servicio . Sacando eso espectacular

• Juan (10/5): - Todo excelente. El lugar hermoso, el depto hermoso y muy completo. Pasan todos los colectivos por la puerta y podes moverte desde ahí a toda la ciudad! La verdad un lujo mi estadía. La calidad de la atencion por parte de Nestor y su esposa me pareció lo mejor que experimenté en muchos años de viajar y utilizar booking. Recomiendo 100% y sin dudas volveré! El edificio es muy tranquilo tambien, se puede descansar muy bien! 100/100

• Dominiek (8/5): Nice and spatious flat in lovely La Boca area - Despite what locals might say about La Boca area it is a really nice place where the flat is situated. There is a lovely parc (Lezama) 2 minutes walk away, shops in the street and even a nice trendy bar on the corner of the street. A bus stops in front of the appartment block too. Boca.Juniors stadion is on walking distance too (and the very touristic neighborhood) as well as the History museum. As for the.flat itself it is very comfy, neat, clean and spatious (i travelled alone). Kitchen has all utensils needed for a flat, only thing I maybe missed was a microwave (but maybe it was in closet or so, I did not eat in the flat anyhow). The bed is large and soft, shower spatious and good heat. There is also a small balcony to catch some fresh air if needed. The owners are older couple, very sweet and understanding people. They only speak Spanish but we live in 2025 and google translate made all communication between us easy and clear. Thanks for the stay!🙏 The only minus I can think of is the fact that you can hear the noise from.the street but that is nothing the owners can help. It's just a large avenue so in the morning a lot of cars pass through, honk etc Possibly most people won't even notice, I always sleep lightly unfortunately so I wake up easily anyhow. Otherwise no minus whatsoever, great place.👌

• Anton (10/5): Quiet, cozy, and comfortable stay in old-fashioned Argentinan apartment. - The hosts were amazing, welcoming me with open arms and affection. The house was superb, quaint, and had the asthenic of the early 1900’s. Lovely home, that will send you back in time if you use your imagination. Shower was antiquated, but with taking the time to ask and learn I managed to use it well.
