• Alberto Benjamín (9/5): Departamento altamente recomendable para hasta tres personas. - La anfitriona, muy correcta. Daniel y el resto del personal de recepción, excelentes y atentos al igual que la seguridad en el edificio que por otra parte está habitado por gente educada, sin problemas. La ubicación es excepcional. La limpieza del dpto. es sobresaliente y su equipamiento es completo. Placards y cajoneras más que suficientes al igual que el equipamiento de cocina.. Podría mejorarse algo muy fácil de resolver: la calidad de las toallas. Si bien estaban impecables, lo cual es muy destacable, al estar hechas con un género con alto porcentaje de polyester, no secaban nada. Una lástima este pequeño detalle.

• Flavia Anabella (10/5): Un mimo en capital - El trato con Analia (la dueña del dpto) es para destacar, una persona atenta todo lo q consulte me asistio para resolverlo. Amable cordial si bien no la vi en persona la senti muy cerca al telefono para que la estadia fuese d lo mejor. Las camas ambas muy comodas sabanas y frazadas a gusto. Muy buen gusto c el estilo del depto la iluminacion tambien agradable para ir cambiando durante la noche. El balcon es una delicia, porq las fotos son una cosa pero amanecer en capital y salir a contemplar el arranque d un nuevo dia la magia d los pajaritos que se escuchan es un mimo al alma. Gracias por todo!

• Eileen (5/5): We enjoyed our stay in Buenos Aires but I was disappointed with accommodation as our friends had a b - There was no breakfast host was very good and answered all our questions The apartment is basic not beautiful as described There is no safe and back door can’t be locked although building is secure Shower was broken and the ice box on the fridge so no ice etc but fridge did work chairs cheap and almost broke when we sat on one no table on balcony poor linen and towels The swimming pool is just a hot tub and gym not really functioning as air conditioning not on We were lucky because we travelled a lot and were not in apartment very much but you couldn’t really cook in it 2 cups and 2 wine glasses Overall the discription was incorrect The land lord was very good and did sort out shower immediately and left us some lovely biscuits
• Carlos (6/5): Great Location - Great location. Walking distance to every place. Bed linens were aromatized with a heavy perfume. I found some long blond hair on the sheets and in the bathroom. The shower needs to be fixed. This is a studio with a closet that separates the bed from the rest.

• Michael (8/5): Good stay in all. - Apartment in a good location, safe and quiet for a city location as if faces towards the gardens. The double bed was comfortable and my friend slept well on the sofa bed. There was a dining table with four chairs. The balcony with seating was nice. The bathroom with bath and shower was adequate. Wifi was good and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Unfortunately I looked at the main picture of the apartment and thought there was a partition between the double bed and the single. This was not the case in our apartment, so we had to use dining chairs to give a bit of privacy. It seems she runs several apartments in the location and when reviewing the pictures after our stay, I can see the apartment we used is there. I blame myself for not checking better. It's good there are washing machine facilities in the buildings. There is a drying rack and iron in the apartment. The kitchen was small and lacking some crockery. It was too awkward to cook a full meal in. Communication with the owner was quite brief and to the point. My friend did arrive the day before us and found communication okay, though he himself does not speak Spanish.

• Lesley (9/5): Good stay in a nice apartment - Nice area, it’s spacious and safe. Relatively quiet as it faces into a garden area. Balcony is great to sit on and the laundry room is a godsend. There was nothing to dislike.
