Nomad79 (7/5): The resort is in a stunning setting and but management below par. - Location is beautiful. We stayed in the residences which were modern and nicely furnished. The Spa facilities are very nice. The tennis facilities are excellent The check-in was disorganised, it seems that most of the staff are not aware that the residences are part of the resort or what the entitlements the residence guests have. The room was not set up properly on arrival, there are no collaterals in the residence to inform guests about the restaurants or other facilities and experiences. The phone in the room is not able to call any of the hotel departments directly, you need to call the external public line to get to operator which makes it very tedious to order room service or book a restaurant. There is no DND or "make up room" option available in the apartment. The apartment was ok but lacked the finesse and finishing touches one expects of an ultra luxury property. No parking was available at residences and you had to park in the main building which is about 500m away. Most of the restaurants were closed or "fake" full - staff will tell you it's full but there are actually tables available. For the price we paid I expected a flawless and personalised luxury experience, this was far from it.
