The flat itself also offers all what you would expect: cleanliness, comfortable mattress, good location near to the beach and many restaurants, quiteness. Contact with the owners was also easy. A few little things on which the owner has no influence might be worth knowing: - difficult to park - stairway is really narrow with around 60cms and really abrupt too - we get quite a lot of guidelines per mail that might be a bit overwelming may be

• Celine (7/5): Wochenende in Blankenberge - Nette Gastgeber, zeigten sich sehr flexibel. Haben uns gefreut auf einen Gasherd zu kochen. Nur einen kurzen Weg bis zum Strand. Guten Tipp erhalten wo mein preisgünstig parken kann. Leider war der Komfort nicht ganz unser Geschmack. Die Möbel wirkten teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt. Wohnungnah Parker sehr teuer. 40€ die Tageskarte.

• Liesbet (10/5): Een zeer mooi verblijf, comfortabel ingericht voorzien van alle gemakken. Een aanrader! - Een prachtig art-decogebouw met prachtige bloementegels! Het appartement op de 3e verdieping (veel trappen!) is gezellig ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is proper. Het is er lekker warm in de winter. Het is goed gelegen, vlak bij de zee. De host is erg behulpzaam. Het tweepersoonsbed heeft naar onze mening zijn beste tijd gehad. Het is erg smal en zakt in het midden door waardoor je samen in een gat ligt en dus ongemakkelijk slaapt.

• Kayley (6/5): Lovely apartment, shame about the stairs and hosts approach - Nice apartment, spacious, good location There needs to be a warning and disclaimer about the stairs, especially the ones inside the apartment, these were not safe to come down. No bath mat, no bottle opener considering all the offer. Radiator next to couch not working, poor bed pillows. Anal rule book and notices which made me feel like I couldn’t relax and made check out extremely stressful

• Hélène LEDOUX (9/5): Agréable petit séjour en bord de mer - L'emplacement est idéal, au centre ville et à deux pas de la plage. Durant notre petit séjour de 2 jours, nous avons pu visiter la côte et la belle ville de Bruges. Le logement est confortable, parfaitement équipé, et très bien chauffé.

• Edo (7/5): - De ligging is perfect. Je loopt zo naar het centrum. De appartementen zijn ruim van opzet. Sommige bedden waren opgemaakt. Het doucheputje liep vol in beide appartementen. Heel vervelend en vies vind ik. Op 1 van de handdoeken zaten chloorvlekken. Niet alle bedden waren opgemaakt.
• Mujabasic-Marth (10/5): - Ein sehr schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
• Katharina (7/5): - Die zentrale Lage, sehr nah zur Innenstadt und zum Strand. Bequeme Betten, Aufteilung der Zimmer in der Wohnung. Echte Pflanzen! Die Küche und dass die Haustür immer zugelassen ist, wenn man durch das sehr enge Treppenhaus oben ankam. Lüfter im Bad sehr laut.

OG - -das Appartement ist großzügig auf 2 Etagen geschnitten und liegt nah am Strand und Zentrum -der ÖPNV ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Tagesticket für Bus und Bahn kostet 9 € pro Tag -persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter via WhatsApp -Hunde sind ohne Aufpreis erlaubt -bei Anreise liegt der Schlüssel im Tresor an der Haustür bereit -Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie eine Grundausstattung mit Putzmitteln und Trockentüchern werden gestellt -gratis WLAN -5 deutsche Fernsehsender verfügbar -renoviertes Badezimmer mit barrierefreier, großer Dusche, separates WC -Spülmaschine ist vorhanden -Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, darf aber nur bei Aufenthalt von min. 2 Wochen benutzt werden -Babybett, Hochstuhl ist vorhanden -das Appartement (insgesamt 3 im Haus, alle vom selben Vermieter) liegt im 3. Stock und ist nur über eine sehr enge (ca. 60 cm breite) Treppe erreichbar -für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder großen Hunden ist der "Aufstieg" besonders beschwerlich und das Haus ist generell nicht barrierefrei -Platz für Kinderwagen oder Fahrzeuge ist im Eingang sehr begrenzt -alle Appartementtüren öffnen nach außen Richtung Treppenhaus was bei uns schon zur Kollision geführt hat -die Einrichtung ist zusammengewürfelt und teilweise sehr abgegriffen -der Sauberkeitszustand ist stark verbesserungswürdig, eine regelmäßige Grundreinigung scheint nicht statt zu finden; -Schränke, Ecken, Fenster, Geräte sind teilweise sehr dreckig -in der Küche gibt es keine Temperatursperre, das Wasser wird kochend heiß! -die Küchengeräte sind teilweise sehr veraltet und ungepflegt und funktionieren mitunter nicht richtig -ein Padhalter für die Senseo fehlte; der Vermieter reagierte schnippisch und überließ uns die Organisation über die Nachbarn unter uns, entschuldigte sich im Nachgang für die Unannehmlichkeiten -kleines TV mit fehlerhafter Einstellung, die nicht verändert werden darf -nicht ohne ist auch die Treppe zu den insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmern direkt unter dem Dach: ebenfalls sehr steil, glatt und oben nicht abgesichert (kein Gitter). Vorsicht also mit kleineren Kindern, da der Flur auch über kein eigenes Licht verfügt! -die Betten sind ok, es gibt aber kaum Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung in den Schlafzimmern -der Müll muss von den Mietern selbst entsorgt werden. Hierfür ist eine App mit Registrierung erforderlich, über die auch die Zahlung (1,10€ für Restmüll) erfolgt, für die eine Kreditkarte erforderlich ist und hinterlegt werden muss. Da wir keine haben, mussten wir den Müll mitnehmen!

• Christian (8/5): Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Was evtl wichtig ist, ist dass die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist und die Treppen sehr steil - Die Lage war sehr gut. -
• Philip (9/5): Superb - Location,.size of flat, number of beds were good. Beautiful building! Hosts were very supportive and d good communication before and during our stay.
• Christine (8/5): Very good - The property is very original and is comfortable with a nice bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen is small and there is very little work surface if you need to cook. The main issue for us was the very steep and narrow stairs up to the 2nd floor. We had our dog with us and had to be very careful going up and down. The TV is not internet enabled so no Netflix. It is well situated for the beach area and restaurants. Parking outside to unload is easy but the nearest parking is very expensive so make sure to use the recommended parking about 10-15 mins walk away. On leaving the requests to strip beds /hoover/clean were more than we have come across in the last 3 weeks travelling across France, Spain and Belgium and we had to take the rubbish quite a long walk away and pay to leave it which made leaving the property quite a hassle.

• Ramazan (7/5): Good - the location is good and quiet. home is warm. There were no cloth or paper hand towels. there was no soap in the bathroom, When I asked the owner if there was any soap, they said I could use shower gel :) They asked us to leave the dishwasher empty, but there was no dish sponge to wash dishes :) There were not enough pots and pans for cooking, some were in poor condition.
