Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder. Absolut zu empfehlen! Es gibt tatsächlich nichts, das nicht gefallen hat.

What impressed me the most was the host’s wonderful spirit and exceptional kindness. Despite my late arrival, he sent me clear instructions on how to access the apartment and even placed a lovely sign with kind words to guide me to the entrance. Upon checkout, I was pleasantly surprised to find a box of sweets accompanied by thoughtful messages. This host was truly exceptional. Nothing at all
- Axel und Martina (9/5): Danke Nina - Betreuung durch Nina als Ansprechpartner, Extrawünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt . Wir konnten sogar im Winter ein Fahrrad von ihr bekommen, damit war der Weg in die Stadt für kleine Besorgungen ohne Auto perfekt zu erledigen.Auch die kostenlose Busfahrkarte war perfekt .Nina,vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Begleitung und netten Gesprächen. Der winzige "Backofen " ist nicht wirklich hilfreich und könnte besser durch eine Mikrowelle mit Grill ersetzt werden, der Platz dazu ist in der Küche vorhanden .

- Lindsey (9/5): Wij komen zeker terug als we weer in Zell am see zijn! - Allereerst is Nina een fantastische gastvrouw! Het appartement was erg fijn, compleet en schoon. Er stond een bedje klaar voor ons zoontje van 2 jaar en waterbakjes + snoepjes voor de hond. Aan alles was gedacht! Elke ochtend broodjes halen bij het naastgelegen hotel was een hele fijne service. En het centrum was in kerstsferen met gezellige lichtjesroute, erg leuk met peuter. De messen snijden niet zo goed (dit is overal altijd een probleem haha) en de pannen; de koekenpan rookt heel erg bij het bakken, dus ben gestopt met koken in het appartement. Daar is het ook vakantie voor; niet koken ;)

Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. En mocht je tijdens je verblijf iets nodig hebben of willen weten kun je terecht bij Nina. We hebben wederom weer genoten van ons verblijf bij Lakeside 29! Wohnung bot ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen und Hund. Gute Ausstattung. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
- Amjad (10/5): انصح الجميع بها بدون تردد - الشقه خياليه صراحة من كل النواحي وشرحه ومصممه للعرب تحسونها ،صاحبة الشقه امراه ودودة خدومه مضيافة استقبلتنا بالشوكلت وودعتنا بها. صحيح ان الشقه ليس بها اطلاله ولكن امام الاحترافيه الشديده في امكانياتها فانك تتنازل عن الاطلاله .كذلك وجود البطاقات الصيفيه بها جعلها مكتمله من كل النواحي لاشيء الحمدلله ولكن اضافة السليبرات للنزلاء هو ماينقصها

- Vandecasteele (9/5): Superb - We travelled with the family to Zell am See. Host Nina was very helpfull and was present to give is the keys and full explanation of the facility and neighbourhood. The appartment is very recent, stilish and has all the facilities we could wish for. There is even a storage rooms for putting travel bags and other stuff! Box springs bed made sure we slept well. She also renst out bikes that we used to visit Zell am See Center, with is within 3 km cyling distance. Closerby we had a free beach, and a bit futher pedola, sup, motorboat... rental. In corporation with the nearby hotel (100m) we could use the bread service in the morning and pizza service in the evening, with both are very good.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - This was a stunning luxury apartment. In the photo with the parking and double garage with 2 other doors (ski and bike storage I think) our apartment was the entire upper floor with very long balcony! Double bedrooms at each end and a large living area in the middle with very well stocked kitchenette, including coffee and a microwave. - Inge (9/5): Lovely holiday in spacious apartment at great location - We had a lovely stay at Lakeside 29! We had a spacious apartment, perfectly clean and equipped with everything you would need. The owner is super friendly and provides a lot of information on things to see and do. Also location is great, with the lake around the corner. We especially appreciated the warm welcome for our dog.

- Matthew (10/5): Great, Relaxing Stay - Clean, modern, and spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Nice area, just outside the hustle & bustle, so you can have a relaxing quiet stay. Nina was very helpful, with all information provided being very clear.
- Madajewska (10/5): Skii Trip, couple - Excellent location, beautiful view. Apartment was clean, big and with all neccesarly stuff. For longer stay it would be great to have a washing machine. We went to this place for skiing so location was in point! Skibuses near by. Good restaurant with view on the lake. Nearby to shops etc. For sure we will be back there! Ps. Ms Nina - wonderful woman. Taking care for her guest <3
- Susan (9/5): Superb - Very nice host. Great apartment, very spacious. Comfortable beds, lovely balcony. Kitchen was a little small and basic, we could have used some better knives for cutting vegetables and some larger cooking pots.

- Alain (10/5): Amazing find! - Close enough to the lake that a short walk with kids and you’re at the beach (3-4 mins…), however secluded enough that you have peace and quiet (dead end road, no back neighbours, etc…). My whole family was very happy here! Honestly this place ticked all the boxes.

- Petra (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating by provided extra items for our toddler. That made our stay all the more relaxing and comfortable. The apartment is spacious and surrounded by nature which made for a serene atmosphere.
- Janne (9/5): Perfect getaway place as a couple or with whole family - Apartment was super nice, had all the needed amneties. Washing machines was big bonus for our family. All from check in to check out was flawless. Also location, 200m walk from closest nice beach, mountain view and parking place next to apartment. Perfect for families Not really what I didnt like more opportunities Aircon would be 10/10 during warm weather and also if the Type2 EV charger gets fixed it will be perfect for EV drivers althought there is public Type2 charger in 50m of the apartment

- Saud (10/5): My first option in Zell am see - The owner she was is very friendly and welcome us with a very kind way with a welcome message and gift and there is books about all the information for Zell am see which’s very helpful for me because it’s my first time visit Zell am see and the apartment was super clean and cozy, And she communicated with me about the time for check-in and I came very late so she arranged everything perfectly for me to go to my apartment directly without no headache because I was traveling by car.
