• Tania (1/5): Host was abusive and racist towards us and invaded our privacy - Clean We felt so uneasy about the host's behaviour that we placed a broom under the door handle to prevent her from entering while we slept. Upon check out we found a flat tyre on our car, the only tyre not visible from the apartment or road. This was suspicious as we had checked the tyre pressure the night before. The garage found no puncture and concluded someone must have drained the air. I saw the host peering through our window. When she realised I saw her, she quickly scurried away. The host accessed the property while we were out, moved our belongings, including placing a wet pair of my clean underwear over our computer screen. The beds were left unmade, which left us wondering why she entered if she wasn’t servicing the apartment. She contacted me with photos of our belongings, insulting us and claiming the plastic protector on her table was damaged from eating pasta and demanded we pay to replace it whilst we were still staying there. The night before checkout she and another man banged on the back door and complained at us while I stood only in a towel from the shower and my son was naked. She refused to come back after our children were asleep and threatened to call the police because we had moved the TV to use the desk and bed to the wall for my baby's safety, which was against house rules. She then sent racist and abusive messages to us. Our bag was a problem to the Host because it might scratch floors. She wouldn’t let us use the jacuzzi despite it being listed. We are an ordinary family with young children and after travelling to over 100 countries and staying in more than 1,000 accommodations of all types, we have never been accused of leaving a property messy, dirty, or damaged. The negative reviews for this property frequently mention the host's unprofessional, intrusive and confrontational behaviour, I expect a response no different. • Ралица (8/5): Very good - The place was nice and clean, the host was very nice and chatty, she walked with us a little bit to show us around. The appartment was not far from the center. The location looked a bit scary at first because it was close to the gipsy neighborhood but it turned out fine.

Constantly trying to argue with everybody and quite conflicting. She is quite a challenge. Even if you leave a positive or neutral review, she keeps responding with negativity. Very frustrating lady.
