Giselle (1/5): Não recomendo - Proximidade com a praia Tudo,as fotos do anúncio não condiz.Nossa experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado, especialmente considerando o valor elevado pago pela reserva. O quarto do andar inferior tornou-se inutilizável devido ao odor extremamente forte no banheiro. O ralo não tem vazão, acumula água e aparenta estar entupido. No andar superior, a torneira até funciona, porém sai apenas um fio de água, tornando o uso praticamente inviável. A piscina estava suja e totalmente imprópria para uso. Ficou evidente a falta de manutenção e zelo no imóvel, contrastando completamente com o que foi apresentado no anúncio. Além disso, devido tivemos prejuízos devido a falta de água,Além do constrangimento, tivemos transtornos financeiros e emocionais significativos.
