• Gabriel Alexis (6/5): - La habitación cómoda, sin nada de otro mundo pero agradable para la estancia, en cuanto a la relación precio calidad y la ubicación es excelente. El anfitrión muy bien, solo que la búsqueda de la llave esta a mas de dos cuadras de la habitación, eso es un poco lejos mas cuando llegas muy tarde como fue mi caso. En síntesis si buscas algo en la zona, por poco tiempo y sin muchas pretensiones el lugar va muy bien.

• Sara (5/5): Lovely place but in need of a good clean - Decent size apartment in a secure building, good location. Bedding and towels provided. Comfortable double bed. Air conditioning. Reasonably well equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge freezer. Nice shower. Communication with host was great, responded quickly to all my messages and was helpful and polite. When we visited the whole place was a little grimy and in need of a good spring clean. There were insects in all the rooms. We had to wash everything before using it in the kitchen as there were cockroaches living in the kitchen drawers and cupboards. The latch for the handle on the bathroom window was broken so it could not be fully closed (see photo) as soon as the wind blew the window just opened wide. There was a lot of noise outside the apartment late in the evening and into the early hours of the morning which made not being able to keep the bathroom window closed quite annoying as the outdoor sounds were not dampened down by being able to shut the window fully.

• Iris (7/5): The host is very accommodating and responsive, the apartment has good potential, it needs some more cleaning and new fur - very well located in Palermo Chico, close to bar, restaurants and nightlife! beds were very comfortable there are cockroaches in the bathroom and we found some in the kitchen. the furniture is very old and chairs were falling apart.
