- Hernandez Ramos (7/5): Ganska bra men kunde bli mycket bättre med små ändringar. - Läget är jättebra, lägenheten känns mycket säkert, svårt för obehöriga att ta sig in i både byggnaden och lägenheten, dessutom hade lägenheten en säkerhetsbox. Lätt att prata med ägaren, hon fixade internet, nya lakan och handdukar och hade också fixat städning om vi ville. Ganska modern lägenhet Man förväntar sig att lägenheten ska vara städat när man kommer in, ägaren erbjöd sig att städa när jag klagade. Tvättmaskin finns inte i lägenheten, finns i byggnaden och fungerar med polleter, du ska också köpa tvättmedel. Ostabilt internet. Lite kraft på el. Köket har inte fläkt och spisen tar inte fart, troligen pga. för lite kraft på el, vi kunde inte laga mat.

- Guest (7/5): Overall, a decent place in a good location with a comfortable bed, but cleanliness and some policies could be improved - The apartment is in a good location and convenient for a short stay. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, we received clean towels, and the bed was very comfortable. However, cleanliness could be improved. The kitchen and fridge looked clean but didn’t feel like they had been well sterilised. Some dishes were not properly washed, and the dishcloth should be replaced more frequently. For a 4-day stay, we were only given one roll of toilet paper, which wasn’t enough. The gym was small and neglected – just one old cross-trainer. I also think the $15 extra fee for check-in after 7 p.m. should be included in the price. Payment in cash only, as well as the requirement to send the deposit via PayPal, was not very convenie

- Aisling (6/5): Disappointing stay overall - Good location for all parts of the city. Comfortable and good facilities in the apartment. Noise from other apartments during the night. The apartment could also do with a proper clean. Important to be aware of payment in cash.. We were travelling and did not have US dollars on us and couldn't pay in Argentinian pesos. A lot of hassle to try get payment sorted on arrival. It is understandable due to the economic situation but a hotel where you could pay in card would have been less hassle.
- Laura (8/5): Very good - The location was good if you were looking to be away from the tourist side, more like where locals live The bathroom shower head needs to be changed. The water pressure was okay but the showerhead kept falling down and the mineral buildup didn't allow the water to have a proportional str e am to have a decente both. I had to hola the showerhead for my husband to cleaning his hair and viceversa.

- Zuleima (5/5): Lack of honest information/communication - The host and their employees handled the situation regarding the early checkout disrespectfully, as they never provided me transparent and honest information about the procedure. They insulted me under the excuse that they did, but it never happened. I never received any instructions about how to do an early checkout, not even when I asked.
- Liann (7/5): Good - Great location, decent appartement, nice facilities (swimming pool, washing machine option, fitness area). The appartement could use a proper deep cleaning. It's not dirty but just needs some more detailed cleaning work (some mold in the bathroom, dust under the bed etc.). There is a washing machine but it is not in the apartment necessarily (depends on the apartment you are getting) and is shared with part of the building. In addition the shared washing machine is not washing very great (in our experience).
- Nanouck (3/5): Lots of additional cost and no use of swimming pool - Location Please don’t go here if you want to avoid stress and discussion. They charge all sorts of additional costs , not mentioned in the price. We also booked the apartment because of the swimmingpool. This is not in use as it is halve empty. First, they make you do a downpayment through PayPal, where you cover for the additional transaction costs. For the remaining amount, we had to pay upon arrival in cash, but they calculate the US dollars into the unofficial Argentinian peso dollar blue rate (even higher than it was that day), making it $30 more expensive than the booking price. If this wasn’t enough, they charge $10 extra for a check in at 19:30. When we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to finally arrive, this cost was deducted after many requests. All of this went with very uncomfortable conversations with the host. I did not feel welcome at all.

- Piers (10/5): Comfort and value in the heart of Palermo - I had a great experience staying at this accommodation. My flight landed very early but Roxy was very accommodating and helped me to check in early after a long journey. The apartment itself was perfect for me- great location, a big balcony to relax on and lots of amenities such as a small kitchen, living area and even maté! For the price and the friendliness of the host I would recommend it to other travellers.
