• videla (5/5): Más empatía por favor - Que tenías agua caliente y buena presión en la ducha. Viaje con mi hijo. El trato de la persona q se contacto con nosotros realmente me decepcionó☹️. Se comunica todo x Whatsapp, no recibe llamadas y si mandas un audio te hace escribir todo en texto. Si le preguntas algo, parece q le molestara, te manda a leer los mjes q mando antes. Te dice, fíjese q ya se lo dije... Si preguntas es xq hay algo q no se entendió. Mucho protocolo para ingresar, no te recibe nadie personalmente, la llave te manda a buscarla en un sobre atrás de un cuadro 😳. Desprolijo. Pero si le preguntas algo dice "son las reglas, usted es problemática" 🤦🏻‍♀️... Me pasó la señal de wifi 7 hs después del ingreso. Me escribía x otras cosas y no me pasaba el wifi, insistí ya q debía trabajar y me decía q no la tenía... Lo q me pareció raro xq 7 hs después me pasó simplemente una foto con el nombre de la señal y contraseña.... 🤔 Mi sensación fue q no la quiso pasar, me trató de problemática después, no atendió mis llamadas ya q era urgente mi pedido. Me dijo q estaba en una reunión después q estaba en un velorio, q no tenía señal... No sé! Sinceramente sentí q nos trató pésimo. El lugar es aceptable, es chico pero para uno o dos safa. No volvería sobre todo por el trato de la persona q me contacto a la q nunca le ví la cara. Me molestó bastante q fuera cero empática y las maneras de escribir y de mandar audios....😒 (Porque ella si podía mandar audios, yo tenía q escribir todo... 🙄) No tuve suerte está vez con Booking, espero la próxima si.

• olga (5/5): No resultó como deseaba - La ubicación y la cercanía a lugares públicos La falta de seguridad en el baño .ej sin barandas ,sin impermeabilización del piso de la ducha Sin disyuntor Al no ser personalizado el trato,con la encargada,se tergiversaban los mensajes.y terminaba casi siempre la culpabilidad o responsabilidad del reclamo , en uno, y el consejo era si no lo sabes solucionar,pedile a tus nietos???A veces las personas no reconocen que las personas mayores ,requerimos un trato más personalizado .De mi parte utilice como siempre un trato respetuoso. Y si no se interpretó así solicito y envío mis disculpas
• Juan Jose (8/5): Mi estadia fue perfecta . - Buena ubicacion, anfitriona contesto siempre rapido. Buen WIFI y señal de TV Que me pidieran un video al dejar el dpto. Debieran entender que si hay mala intencion eso no garantiza nada. Igual esta en su derecho pedirlo y asi lo hice. Alquile 8 dias y habia un solo juego de toallas por persona. Tuve un reclamo de pago por toallas manchada que desestime. Siempre cuidamos las cosas como si fueran propias

• Barrionuevo (8/5): Cómodo y buena ubicación - El edificio está ubicado en un lugar muy comercial, con amplia variedad de negocios de todo tipo en las cercanías. Por otra parte, el departamento está bien equipado y es cómodo. Tuve que retirar la llave de otro lugar, lo que me generó un gasto extra en taxi. Considero que hubiera correspondido que la anfitriona lo solucionara de otra manera, enviándola al edificio por algún medio para que al llegar, ya estuviera ahí. Por otra parte, no encontré secador de cabello en el departamento y no llevé el mío porque me habían asegurado que sí había. Dijeron que se lo habían robado, pero creo que correspondía que alguien hubiera verificado oportunamente para no tener este contratiempo, ya que tuve que comprar uno para pasar mi estadía. Fuera de esos dos inconvenientes, lo demás estuvo aceptable.
