• Marion (1/5): Extremely disappointing - Location only. Property is poorly cleaned! Upon arrival, bed linen provided was dirty / used. They provided another set which was smelling very bad as well and blamed the laundry services. I went to the hotel across the street to rent a set of bed linen and pillows (because pillows were so old that they smelled so bad even with fresh bed linen). There was dust everywhere, and after walking 15min in the flat with bare foot my feet was dark. Air Conditioning does not make the property cold because the machines are super old. Windows are made of very old wood which do not properly close, hence you must keep the blackouts closed to avoid the heat coming in - that means you will spend your time in the flat in the dark. The flat is very old but the problem is that is very dirty! I couldn’t use the kitchen because the utensils were all dirty. Mattress is very uncomfortable. Bathroom is also dirty, glass doors have so many stains. Shower had absolutely zero pressure and very little water coming out. It’s sad to leave a negative review but this property is absolutely not worth a 9.2 point score they have when I rented. I paid BRL 1,100 per night and it is not worth it! Mara the lady who did the check in was sympathetic but didn’t seem to care about the issues in the flat. I do not recommend this place at all.

Cosy and as central as can be No reception or person to talk to. My phone was broken so I could not even check in as there is no person in the building and you only receive codes to enter the building

She was always very kind and patient. The location is very good, close to the main square and in a very nice and narrow street (beco).

• Justin (6/5): Pleasant - Location..amazing Noise from parties. No support and no one to receive me, ignored when asked for a hairdryer and TV didn't work. Was told i would be texted the key code before arrival...that never happened . Got trapped in corridor for half an hour on arrival had to shout to get someone to unlock door and find key code to get my apartment key.
