• Fatima (1/5): Extremely terrible customer service and experience - When I had booked and paid, I got a message from the property owner saying I should cancel the booking as the property was not available. Please read the reviews on this property before booking. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Be aware that you might not be refunded once you are told to cancel booking. Please read reviews going back to 2024.

• Nonhle (1/5): We booked at Sandton apartments , but the apartment was changed to another place which had no pool, we had to wait for - Nothing at all It wasn’t the place we booked on booking.com the guy made us wait and he change the accommodation to some place we were not happy about , it was far from the function we were attending,there was no pool and we drove for like a hour looking for the accommodation that changed us to we got lost. And when we arrived at the Sandton Apartment where we booked the security guards was very rude towards us.

• Webster (2/5): Very poor - The location The owner of the property is very rude, we stayed for more than 6 days but today we never had full amount of cash because we are not from here so we had to withdraw but we were just at home today as my mother is sick but at 9 pm I told him power is finishing he refused to buy now it’s midnight and I’m trying to work he has refused to buy power

• Avy (7/5): Great value for money - Beautiful views through the balcony, perfect location at the heart of Sandton, and the interior is quite modern with exciting add-ons like Netflix, DSTV, etc. The furniture is broken and needs urgent repair, e.g., the screws are loose on most of the cupboards, door handles are broken and the string to open the blind in the lounge was broken. All quick fixes for otherwise a great apartment.

I at some point I was thinking of just renting it out - I loved how comfortable my bed was and I loved the shower when I checked in at the reception I walked up to my room & when I got there my door was already open . that was scary and I didn’t want to stay at the hotel anymore. lucky enough the staff is really good , they convinced me otherwise

I was told that there will be back up power which was not provided ,emergency lights were not given or put in place . heated pool was mentioned which was false

• Mthokozisi (2/5): disappointing, scam, - location, apartment size the apartment on the pictures is not the same apartment you get the place was not cleaned and had a stinking smell which turned out to be the carpet. the curtains and couches had stains and smelled really bad the couch was broken and propped up with cushions the blinds in the living area were broken and there was no privacy the mattresses had disturbing stains access is frustrating as security has to open the gates for you every time; you sometimes have to wait for long for security to attend to you and always have to identify yourself the apartment was to expensive to experience the poor quality listed above

• Jj_jood (1/5): Disappointed - I booked an apartment with Sandton luxury apartments 3 months before. When we got there we were made to wait outside for an hour, He then calls to tell me that the people that booked the apartment the night before have extended their stay so he wants to refund us or if we don't mind he has another apartment in masingita towers but we are gonna have to pay extra money because the apartment is a lil more expensive than the one we booked. Imagine the inconvenience. That time we booked 3 months back and apartments were sold out because of the DSTV DELICIOUS festival we had nowhere else to go. Everything
