• Hanson (9/5): - Rafilwe is so kind and communicated clearly and promptly as much as she could. She's so flexible and very accommodating. The fact that we didn't have water due to some general situation in the area but the host went over to provide us with water. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

• G. Moyo (8/5): lovely stay, quiet, safe. - Good location. Good facilities e.g washing machine an drier. felt safe. Staff at reception helpful and helped us carry our bags to the room. Kids loved the place. Slept well. Thoughtfully set up. iron mark on carpet check in process- did not have access code to get into the gate, it was sent later on in the day whilst i was travelling. Try to get the code before leaving to the apartment. host is kind but took time to respond. check out was rushed ,the cleaner came at 9am and stood right by our bedroom window talking with other people. i found this unnecessary and intrusive as there is a reception downstairs were she can wait instead she was pacing up and down and talking loudly as if to warn us she wanted to get in, however check out was at 10am.

It was nicely decorated; fragrance diffusers welcoming; toilet flush stuff very thoughtful; coffee machine with pods thoughtful. Overall, very hospitable. The WhatsApp message sent with all the info and Wifi details was great. Everything was thought of.. I cannot think of anything to improve

• Confidence (10/5): All I can say is Amazing ☺️ - I loved everything about it. It has everything, the host is just a phone call away. Both the host and the helper are very sweet and kind. Will definitely visit the apartment again 😃
• Adeline (9/5): It was a bliss - It looked exactly like the pictures. It is extremely gorgeous. I also loved that it had many mirrors. Shower in ensuite bathroom is extremely small. No milk for tea.
• Stephanie (4/5): Catfished and disappointed - The location is central and the gate access was good. We arrived at 15h30 (1.5hrs after alleged check in), the place was a mess and was still being cleaned. We had to leave to let the cleaner finish. Apparently the previous guests checked out late, but this was not communicated. The following morning at 10am, the cleaner was there knocking and ushering us out so I am not sure how thte other check out happened so late. The kitchen, floors and furniture needs a renovation. They are damaged and worn down. The photos look a lot better than the apartment is now. The cupboards in the kitchen have exposed chipboard. The tiles are chipped. The diningroom table is stained. The one chair in the lounge is not there and the other is extremely worn down. Not a comfortable stay. Will never go back.

Easy check in and check out. very safe for a 1 single traveler, Apartment has all the necessary equipment to cook and do washing. for a 2 bedroom apartment an extra set of keys should be available.

The host was very responsive, I had a little issue with the toilet and it was sorted out quick. Beautiful apartment, exactly like the pictures, Comfortable bed. Great nights sleep. Collecting keys was easy. I like the little extra touches like, Hand soap and lotion, bathroom spray, tissues, coffee, tea. (just missing those little milk things) All the things you would get in a hotel.

• Chantè (9/5): Superb - The place was clean, delightful, and felt like home. Refilwe gave all the information and was just absolutely amazing with her communication. The bed was super comfortable. Stunning horizon views. Will definitely book again. The balcony was packed with a mop and buckets, and an extra chair that looked like it was meant to be inside was shoved onto the side of the balcony with what looked like patio table and chairs. It's a bit of an eye sore and would have liked to sit on the balcony and admire the beauty of the urban landscape. Also, the wascloth for the kitchen basin was ragged with holes and looked like it had seen better days. Small matter, but noticeable.

It was nice and quiet the whole Weekend. The view from the bedrooms and balcony. The bedrooms are both ensuite When I look at reviews for a place I check the negative ones first to be sure I don't book a hellpit but honestly there was nothing unbearably negative in the apartment.

• Lindy (7/5): We had a great stay. - The location of the property was great. The security of the building is perfect and the buildings security staff are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. It felt like home and we were happy staying there. I felt that there wasn't attention to detail. They property accommodates 4 guests. We were 4 guests and there were only 3 towels. There were only 3 forks. As glasses went - 2 wine glasses, 1 champagne glass & 1 tumble :(. Although there were Charlotte Rhys soap dispensers in both bathrooms, they were both empty - no hand soap. There were air fresheners in both bathrooms but both bottles were empty. As I say, just no attention to the details. It was almost as if the apartment had been cleaned after the previous guests but then a final check had not been carried out.
