• Annett (4/5): - Die Umgebung ist wunderbar zum wandern. Wir hatten unsere Hunde dabei, sie könnten sich austoben und hatten genug Auslauf . Die Gegend ist sehr schön und perfekt für einen Wanderurlaub mit Hund. Der Empfang im Haus war bereits unangenehm, da ich wegen meiner Arbeit später anreiste und der Besitzer unseren Freunden die Papiere nicht aushändigen wollte. Dann würden sofort noch fällige Gebühren kassiert und für Kartenzahlung eine zusätzliche Gebühr fällig. Die Wohnung war überall mit Verhaltensanweisungen bestückt. Es war schmutzig in Wohnzimmer und Küche und der Besitzer reinigte bei Ankunft gerade den Kühlschrank. Aus diesem schlug uns trotz dessen ein übler Geruch entgegen. Die Kochtöpfe enthielten noch angebrannte Speisereste und wir mussten erstmal alles reinigen. Die Heizung funktioniert e nur in 3 Räumen und draußen waren ca. 8. Grad. Wir haben in unserem Schlafzimmer gefroren. Geholfen wurde uns nicht. Mein Mann hat dann die Heizkörper selbst entlüftet. Half aber nicht viel. Dem Besitzer war die Situation bekannt. Wenn die Gegend nicht so schön gewesen wäre, wären wir sicher abgereist. Dies taten wir dann auch einen Tag früher, zudem unsere Hunde in dem Haus auch nicht willkommen waren. Nicht zu empfehlen.
• Artur (1/5): - В кімнаті просторно, на вигляд більш менш при заселенні! По перше перша ніч як спиш батарея гудить, оскільки щоб тепло було треба на весь максимум включати. Господар бере з людей задатки 200Євро, а потім мотивуючи цим при виселенні якщо самі клієнти не повбирають то менше відасть грошей, вигоняє людей з 8 ранку, а також без спросу клієнтів заходить в кімнату де проживають. Тому обираючи цей готель, краще виберуть трішки дорожче готель, але щоб господар був більш привітний.
• PetarDimitrov (1/5): Smelly and incorrectly advertised - I went with my partner to visit the local Christmas market, and it was a disappointment to have booked this place: 1) First, when we arrived, the overall smell of the place was quite unpleasant. 2) Second, the listing advertises amenities that the room does not actually have. The toilet is outside the room and has a door that does not close properly. 3) The shower is separate from the toilet and located in a basement. It is NOT in a private room but in a completely public area where any other guest could see you while showering. In addition, the cleanliness of both the toilet and the shower was completely lacking; they were very dirty. 4) The mattress and pillows were of very poor quality for the price charged. On the other hand, when we arrived, the person in charge tried to force us to pay an additional charge for breakfast (which we refused, as our plan was not to eat there). He also offered to pay more than the amount due (tips??), and we had to repeatedly insist that we would not pay any extras. The complete lack of cleanliness and privacy meant that we only used the toilet, and even that was unpleasant. We decided not to use the shower due to the lack of privacy and fear that someone else might see us. We really do not recommend booking this room if you do not want to have a bad experience like the one we had.

• Norbert (5/5): Schönes Altgebäude -Wohnung aber nicht empfehlenswert. - Kein Frühstück bei einer Ferienwohnung, das ist normal. Ruhe Lage in der Wohnung im OG linke Seite. Aussicht in die freie Natur und Gehzeit ins Zentrum Hinterzarten mit Bus- und Bahn rund 10 Min. sowie Restaurants. Schimmel in der Dusche. Obwohl der komplette Wohnungspreis bereits gezahlt war, wurde eine Kaution von 200 € als Sicherheit verlangt. Dass WLAN hat bei meinem PC (ca. 2 Jahre alt und Windows 11) nicht funktioniert, beim Handy schon. Wir waren in diesem Jahr in mehreren Ferienwohnungen/Hotel auch im Ausland - keinerlei Probleme mit dem WLAN. Über die Kurverwaltung hatte ich freien Zugriff mit dem PC auf das WLAN. Geschirr war nicht teilweise ungereinigt im Schrank. WC war nicht geruchsfrei, trotz intensiver Lüftung. TV extrem klein und Mehrfachstecker hintereinander geschaltet.
• hoermann (2/5): Man sollte sich im Vorfeld überlegen, ob man so eine Unterkunft buchen möchte. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß. - Der Gastgeber war freundlich und ist auf die gestellten Fragen eingegangen. Die Lage der Pension ist unmittelbar am Westweg. Eine Etagendusche im Treppenhaus des Kellers ohne Abtrennung zu diesem (Tür) nur mit Duschvorhang, ist eine Zumutung. Dürfte in booking.com nicht angeboten werden.

• Cadi (5/5): Für familien mit hygiene gewöhnung NICHT geeignet - Ruhige lage Gleich zur begrüsung dürften wir die extra kosten (von denen wir nichts wussten) bezahlen und wurden mit einer kautionsgebühr überrascht. Anschliesend durften wir von dem mit gegenständenden voll gestauten empfangsbereich hoch zur ferienwohnung die uns mit einem alten dreckigen festen teppich ansah. Ich mach es kurz auser die frisch bezogene bettwäsche war es überhaupt NICHT gepflegt und dreckig. Wir kamen am esstisch zu fett und staub resten, im wohnzimmer auf diverse schwies gerüche am bezug der couch und abgefallene schahm haare im bad und wc.
