• Yaseen (1/5): I alerted the host apparently to the hygiene issues and apparently we were lying. - Nothing. The carpets had a damp smell and over above this the was a turd in the toilet when we arrived.

• Dlamini (1/5): Beautiful - Location was great breakfast was great The linen was not ironed at all literally from the wash line or wash bin to the bed …. ironing board was disintegrating whilst ironing there is no way a room like that could have such linen, it was truly embarrassing , my room was not serviced after the first night , when I made an Enquiry the owner told me I should have mentioned to the receptionist that I need the room to be serviced… it was shocking…. In my knowledge every morning a room is serviced in this industry whether you extend or not

I didn’t even have tissue in my apartment. I had to request and wait for 2 hours to get it

I called and emailed the booking people dololo to answer their phones or get back to me. It seems like I'm not the first person who gets told here is the room and deal with it ( because you won't get a refund anyway) Lesson learnt and thank you for the inconvenience

• Sibulele (3/5): Wouldn’t want to stay at the establishment as well as the room. - Decent price, offered the necessary equipment. No noise from neighbours. There’s a cockroach infestation, I was woken up by a cockroach roaming in between my legs in the wee hours of the morning. Upon arrival I was greeted by a grotesque smell & I’d thought I’d just open the window, the smell lingered throughout the mini-breeze. Found more cockroaches on the carpet headed towards the bathroom direction. I was scared to use the scatter cushions as they reeked of an odour as well.

• Guest (2/5): It was terrible and dirty, zero value for what they charge pictures on the site are deceiving - Only good thing is the location Carpet was dirty, shower gel dispensers empty, took an hour to check in while they were cleaning but still the apartment was dirty and reeked of cigarettes, cleaners came while we were still in the room and they were moving cuttlery to the next room and talking loudly on their phones. We got wet towels, couch was dirty and full of cigarette burns, zero value for money and the corridors smell of cigarettes. Never going back there!!!

• musa (10/5): Worth a revisit. - I was coming for the 2nd time since my stay last year. This place always meets my expectations and beyond. From cleaning lines to everything in the room. The view is tops, the entire city view is visible. Ooh, and the staff, responsive and available at anytime. Ofentse was of great help throughout the entire stay. Nothing.

• Siphesihle (6/5): My stay was fairly ok. - Safety and Clean Struggled with hot water at some point, tried reporting it and the response was not immediate but the following day it was resolved and the room was cold.

• Mark (10/5): Overall,with the few bad and good,I enjoyed my stay and was able to overlook some negative as I only - Mordern and great for taking pictures. Not enough glasses,also saw a glass ring stain in the cupboard.The furniture could do with some revamping or changing then to newer one as the couch was peeling here and there and the coffee table is starting to develop some rust since it’s steel and glass and so is the foldable chair. The bed can do with an upgrade,not sure if it’s cheap or just old,as it’s a bit stiff.
