• Nondumiso Hope (7/5): Overall a good stay considering the cost and location. Suggestion to update information on booking.com regarding changes - Very comfortable and cozy space. The place was tidy. Access to the tv and streaming was nice. There is WiFi but you need to make sure you have a charger for the router. Fair communication and very accommodating host. There was no aircon in the rooms as shown in the picture and description. You need to wait a bit and hoot multiple times or call multiple times to get access in. The entrance shown in the picture into the apartment has now been sealed off so you have to walk all the way round the back to access the apartment.

I literally would buy such a space for myself.👌🏾😍🫶🏽💕 The place is amazing and so is the staff, the disappointment was just my shower not working accordingly but everything else was amazing

• Mpho (1/5): Subject: Complaint Regarding Stay Experience Dear 163 on Bez I recently stayed at your guest house for two nights and - Subject: Complaint Regarding Stay Experience Dear 163 on Bez I recently stayed at your guest house for two nights and unfortunately had a very inconvenient experience. I had to be moved three times during my short stay due to issues in each apartment. Apartment 1 had no WiFi, which was essential for my work. Apartment 2 had a faulty TV that couldn’t be fixed. Apartment 3 had a serious drainage issue in the shower, causing water to block and overflow. While your staff were polite and tried to assist, the frequent disruptions made the stay far from comfortable. I hope you can look into these issues and take steps to improve the experience for future guests.

• Nadeem (1/5): Bad - Nothing The location very dangerous area , false advertising, images had bookings has aircons bit at the facilities no aircons I got there and left immediately as I did not feel safe and it was freezing cold I literally spent 5 minutes and left

Poor power/electricity, l could not warm my food as and when I had to call for help everytime I needed to warm up something. There was no hot water on the second day , had to go bath from another room. The place needs to be cleaned properly, behind the pedestals it was very dusty and the lights had a lot of spider webs. No plates, glasses, old curtlert, 3 differt ugly mugs. There were pots and pan that was not appealing to use.

• Nikie (10/5): The apartment-11 out of 10 - Such a beautiful,cosy and clean apartment.With a kind hearted host Ms Memory who made sure that we enjoyed our stay.She made sure that we had everything that we wanted and she was always available on the phone. The noise in the ams from the neighbours,it’s like there was some sort of a party.

We weren’t informed prior even though there had been no water for days. The property we were moved to was not the same. The bed was hard as a rock we suffered back aches. Walls are not clean. Water issues. Just unpleasant

• Slungele (5/5): It was not to my expectations at all - The apartment is spacious, it was clean and it's in a quiet neighborhood. We didn't get our own gate key so we had to call the host everytime we needed to enter/exit the premises to come and open for us. It was not disclosed that the apartment has an open shower (no shower door) and the wifi connection was very weak so we struggled to stay connected especially on our last night there.

• Nelo (9/5): Lovely and peaceful stay - Modern furniture, clean, peaceful, privacy, hot water. They should close the gate quickly after the guest has entered, Netflix was not operating.

• Nomfundo (2/5): Not so nice - It was clean It was very small for 3 people, had only 1 bed, iron, microwave, stove were not working and the owners were not of any help on the issues We had to wait long at the gate for someone to open for us every time we went out or came in. We did not have freedom to move around as we had to constantly call caretaker to open the gate for us. There was construction in the next room and a lot of noise from grinders and drillers early in the morning The place is good enough for rentals not holiday accommodation

• Siyabonga (4/5): We could have had a great time with more electric supply of energy. - We liked the quietness of the neighbourhood and the dinning area as it was small and comfortable. Wow, 😔 low electric voltage issues, dirty walls, dirty tiles, non working electrical plugs, non working air conditioner yet it was a cold stay with rain from (06 - 08 April). So disappointed.
• Patrick (1/5): Bad - The apartment I booked was not what they provided me. Upon arriving I had to wait like 20 minutes for the gates to be opened. I had to call the owner to inform her that I'm outside. When entering in the apartment which was given to me bz I arrived early and the excuse was that the one I initially booked would still be checked in the time I arrive. So when I was in the alternative apartment I had no electricity. The worker seemed to not know what was happening instead of her to inform us that there were maintenance taking place she told us it was loadsheading. So the day I arrived I could not sleep at the apartment I went to sleep at church thinking when I come back the next day I would find electricity. Before coming back I spoke to the owner she told me they going to move me to the next location bz of the maintenance and I had to uber myself to the next location cause none of the workers took me their. I was disappointed bz I came all the way from cape town expecting to rest and be well communicated ,that did not take place. And the lady who helped us by the name of memory was even telling me if I'm not happy I should ask for a refund they would give my money back. Like why in the world would I have to get money back and waste another transport to look somewhere else to stay and freshen up from such a long journey .. We had to ask for wifi bz no one bother to care and find out if we are comfortable and advise us what to do. The next apartment they provided , they could not offer us toilet paper . We had to buy our own . Generally I was not satisfied and next time I would rather book 5 star hotel instead of such apartment. It was my first time trying to book such apartment and was extremely disappointed 😞 Half of my money back. Because I could not sleep in the apartment on the arrival day despite being so tired from a road trip all the way from cape town

• Ramokone (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend to someone who needs a place to rest and relax - The place is beautiful I had to struggle to enter into my booked apartment, was approached by a drunk care taker who was actually not the person I was told I will get my key from. Your care taker ayanda is so rude and doesn’t take our calls wen we need help. Also I was not given keys to the main gate, I was given keys to a small gate that I struggled to open, so I had to wait for someone who has a key to the main gate to actually have access. Found so many ppl in front of my room , with so much noise 😏. Kitchen had less facilities
• Mazibuko (7/5): It was good just few things they need to improve, but i can still come back next time - I like the friendly staff, they are so welcoming The room was clean and open we had ourselves a wonderful time it's just those few things they need to improve Saturday night and Sunday morning we didn't have electricity and it's not loadshedding, we had to bath with cold water our phones were dead, if we wanted to go outside everytime we must shout for them to open the gate for us

The ladies in the house Ayanda and her sister were fighting all night literally screaming and swearing at each other so there was no peace. I left and came back and they were still at it. The yard was filthy the pikitup dustbins were extremely full and smelly some of the trash was even falling on the floor. Lastly the parking space inside is horrible.
• Mofu (3/5): Could be better - Low price, large TV room. Hosts made noise all through the night. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and very few cups and plates. Bugs at times.
