The reservation I made included breakfast, but it was not provided. I paid over 7,000 rand for nothing. You couldn't walk barefoot on the floor because it was covered in dust. Accommodation of this kind should at least benefit from slippers, given that it had bathrobes. I would like a refund, as what I paid did not correspond to the service provided. It was a complete scam. Before the trip, I sent a message informing them of our arrival time, but when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that the accommodation was private and not part of Michelangelo, as I had thought. The lady with the keys arrived an hour later. In these cases, booking.com should specify this on the page to avoid

- Adele (8/5): Lovely apartment Perfect location for the ICC, easy access to Sandton square and City. Enjoyed using the gym and pool. - location, facilities, size, comfort. really loved staying here. Major repeated issues with the air conditioner which was very frustrating as I had to repeatedly ask for it to be attended and only in the 3rd day of my stay was it actually fixed. minor things: the kitchen was a little under resourced eg only 3 forks, a couple of glasses etc. coffee table needs replacing- brings the whole tone of the room down as it is damaged and tatty, I missed having a hairdryer. otherwise it was lovely.

Absolutely beautiful and clean apartment with a restaurant and room service for complete r&r. Meals are exquisite. Need some retail therapy just get into the lift and three floors down you walk into the mall.

Spacious and well appointed accommodation. Convenient meeting areas downstairs in lobby and Roar Bistro Great bathroom and manchester to go with it - even though I didn't use the gowns. Struggling to get an INVOICE TV's didn't work when I checked in - had to call but then cancelled because people were not on site. Struggling to get an INVOICE A fair amount of maintenance going on in lift lobby - carpeting. Building looks a little tired but they're obviously working on it. Friendly host, the room was very clean, the internet was fast and the location perfect. The facilities were great. The room was hot and the aircon wasn’t very powerful. Outside was very loud so we couldn’t open the doors to let air in. I suggest including a fan in the room as this would solve both problems. More toilet paper needed to be kept and some bin bags too would be helpful.

- Caroline (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very beautiful and located in a good central area. The shopping mall is next door and there are many restaurants to choose from. The fact that the cleaning of the apartment is not included in the fee is very discouraging, especially after staying there for a week. The towels, bedding and tissues were not changed for the duration of our stay. The apartment is privately owned so you do not benefit from using the services offered at Michelangelo like issue of towels when you use the pool, daily cleaning etc. The host should consider including the cleaning fee in the rate of the room, it helps to be on holiday and not be worried about cleaning fees.
- Rozanne (4/5): The bathroom insident left a sour taste, to a an excellent weekend. - Great location. When we arrived the bathroom was in a mess. The one basin was removed and dirt and equipment all over. The staff did come and clean up, but we only had the use of 1 basin our entire stay.

- Couple (3/5): Poor - Cleanliness, location and size of room. The kitchen had very few utensils. One of the Bathroom sinks was severely cracked and was leaking. There was no hairdryer in the apartment All 3 safes were inoperable. The handles on the bedside drawers were missing except for one handle. There were no tissues and 10 serviettes were instead in the tissue box. A steep flight of stairs lead upto the bedroom upstairs. Check in times are awkward
