There is no room service everyday they say they only clean when you checkout. I booked for 2 night and had to clean and make my bed. The bed was not comfortable

Nzambu (4/5): The - I liked the staff at the building. They are always friendly The host, particularly via WhatsApp and direct calls, was largely non-responsive, which raises concern in the event of an actual emergency. The only replies came through Booking.com messages, often hours later. The fridge also made noise throughout my entire stay and clearly needs servicing or replacement—I was even waking up around 4:00 AM because of it. I also requested some flexibility with the checkout time, which proved quite difficult to arrange. Having stayed in this building numerous times, I’ve experienced more flexibility from other hosts. There was also load shedding, and unfortunately, the lamp provided had very little power. That said, I do appreciate the overall location and the fact that I’ve consistently chosen to stay in this building, which has generally offered good experiences in the past.

Xolani (9/5): Superb - N/A The process to hand over the keys can be improved because I had to wait outside the parking gate for the security guy to come through first and he was not aware that I was scheduled to check in (nor was he aware what unit number I was supposed to occupy). While he was checking that, I had to wait for a long time outside near the public road - which is completely unsafe. Then also once the security guy eventually got the unit number, he then opened parking gate. However, he could not find the correct parking bay number I was supposed to use. This could have been avoided.

Had 3 friends visiting me and I made it clear that they are not going to sleepover but the way we were treated was appalling and told that guests are not allowed. TF ? They are not sleeping in and we did not throw a party. That rule was stupid

Mercy (10/5): Great place will come again - The location was perfect, room so secure, the property had all I needed the quietness and great neighborhood, I cooked, watched netflix, bathed hot water and got to work on time, it was a home away from home All was fine
Wayne (5/5): Never again! - The Security staff were very pleasant and friendly. Always a friendly greeting when you came in or left the building. Under cover parking is very convenient. The apartment has all the makings of an excellent offer. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. The bed smelt. On the first night we stripped the bed. The mattress protector was filthy. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer so we washed the protector and the linen. Problem was the duvet is so marked and stained and the linen is old and stained so we really battled. We detest mops - they just move the dirt around. Long strands of hair on the floor. We swept this up. The cupboards are so dusty as is the fridge top, top of the cooker hood, the oven could do with a clean. Apparently on our second day the staff spring cleaned the apartment, it looked better but was a surface clean. Don't know when last the cupboard above the fridge was cleaned, even after the spring clean the glasses had not been moved and the shelf was still sticky and dusty. The towels are so thin and stained. We washed and dried them before using them. The pillows are so stained too, they could do with pillow protectors to hide the stains. All in all an unpleasant stay all because of the lack of cleanliness.

The opening underneath the front door causes draft. Installing a bottom sealing strip draft stopper would help.

Willem (1/5): - Only the location City power was off, but they are not prepared for that (it's SA). Haillways was pitch dark, struggled to find room, no assistance. Water was cold (I understand, no electricity, but also no backup). I think I am average build, I just fit in the shower, struggle to wash my legs. Shower head looks like it was purchased in the 18 hundreds and water just "falls" out of whats left of the holes, no pressure. I will definitely not stay here again. When the lights did come back it shines into the kitchen from the hallways making it feel like an afternoon nap.
