• Singh (6/5): it was a good stay despite having no water - property had good views, and was in a good location, easy check in, good parking This wasn’t the hosts fault, but we didn’t have water at the apartment for most of our stay. it was also a bit dusty and the beds were hard.

• Joseph (5/5): Passable - The instructions on the booking.com confirmation was completely wrong and as a result we got stuck outside the property for an hour. Booking.com stated that we will get the keys from reception upon arrival. There is no such thing as access is via a code which was never given to us. Furthermore Radstay was not listed as an owner in the guard house and there was no way to contact them. There was no reception at this place and someone inside the property kept on saying to the guard at the gate, ' NO CODE NO ENTRY'. Eventually after an hour of arguments someone from Radstay send us the access code via WhatsApp. What incompetence with regards to coordination between Booking.com and the owners of the property. I think most of the blame lies with Booking.com as they also misled us from the start.

• Prenolin (9/5): Amazing stay, would visit again! - Great apartment, spacious and comfortable. Good internet speed and great views. Location is perfect as well. Overall very clean and good space. One of the bedrooms was very dusty and had a lot of grains of sand, and the cupboard had a lot of sand. We had to wipe the cupboard and dust the beds. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Internet was down most part of our stay. I spent a lot of airtime calling the property manager and the ISP for assistance, but that did not help. Also, aircon would be nice.

• Adrian (9/5): Conveniently positioned for work, home from home, comfortable and affodable. - super conveniently positioned and felt like home away from home as we were working at the Sandton Convention Center. We will be back fro uour next juob there. Road noise on the Grayston road side... Difficult one to remedy, but maybe double glazing on the windows of the bedroom would make a difference. Frying pan was not in a good condition. Oven did not heat up properly.

The apartment was clean and lovely, it had everything we needed which made our stay more comfortable, the view was amazing and the wifi connection was excellent. Was welcomed by an empty reception, had to wait for a while to be attended, we were looking lost when we just waiting there not knowing where to go, the bed was a bit too hard, I think the mattress is now due for a replacement.

Apartment has all basic appliances and made for a comfortable stay. Was great that clean was done after 2 nights..definite plus. Overall was a comfortable stay. Few things that need attention at the apartment we stayed in - fittings in bathroom was loose, shower door needs new rubber strip. Can be cleaner - tiles and appliances need to be cleaned properly. Room was cleaned- but towels were left wet- not sure why!
