Genevieve (7/5): This place is a lock up and go, safe and secure. Well located and well priced. Due to the lack of management staff it is - Location, security, parking, staff Very noisy area. Party in the building next door that blared for 12 hours. Noisy people arriving home late a night. Drag racing on the street. Smells of pot smoking and Indian food all around.

Ntokozo (4/5): It was uncomfortable because of the hygiene, but convenient in terms of location. - The facility is situated in a convenient location, and the staff were helpful. The house is dirty. The tiles are dirty. The kitchen towels were filthy. Moreover, there was a lot of cockroaches in the unit. Futhure more, the unit did not have an iron and an iron board, plus no sufficient tioilet paper.

J'ai attendu 2 jours pour avoir le fer à repasser et il n y avait même pas de table à repasser. Pas de machine lave-linge. Des cafards sortent des pièces (cuisine, salon et salle de bain). Pas une bonne communication avec le personnel qui ne vous aide pas.

Cebo (9/5): True Oasis - The lady I encountered at reception (Andile) was very warm & welcoming. The rooms were precisely as the photos shown. Very clean & neat. 👍🏻 I didn't receive a key card so I had to ask permission to pass through the entry/exit area each time I needed to pass.

The bed was so uncomfortable,the fitted shit was moving off the mattress and there was no mattress protector. The electricity meter was beeping almost through out the night alerting the declining of the units, very disturbing¡!!!!.

Busani (10/5): She is a super host. She responds very quickly and she goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. The best locat - The host is very responsive and very helpful. She is a wonderful host. We arrived very late at night. We called her and to our surprise she was still awake waiting to make sure we gain access to the apartment before she can go to bed. The house keeper was very friendly. Not to forget to mention the security guys day and night shift there do helpful. The place is very close to the mall it’s a 4-5 minutes walk. It has all the kitchen utensils to prepare your food. Excellent TV channels. Nothing we will definitely be coming back.

In short that place is horrible nothing close to what it looks like online. Wasted my money and unfortunately I can't even get my refund.
Maureen (1/5): The property in general in good&value for money but experience of urban apartment with cockroach - Checking was seamless: the guard was friendly and helpful with information on how to access the keys and guided us to parking area. The property was full of cockroaches, dirty& wet mop and broom infested with roaches left in the kitchen although the room( bed and the couch) was visibly cleaned. The morning after with total disgust I reported to Anele &requested fumigation as it was an unbearable thought of spending another night there, who promised to have maintenance to clean& possibly move us to alternative room, but later she didn’t answer calls when we returned to find that they only changed bedding but no floors sweeping nor mopping as hair was still all over the bedroom floor.

Matome (5/5): Very disappointed at the level of service I received - The place looks nice and well taken care of. I also liked that it is quite with no noise. The security and reception stuff were friendly ,patient and helpful. The checking in process is so complicated and inconvenient. I waited for almost an hour after my arrival time before I could get checked in. This arrival time was agreed upon prior with the host. I also found the check in information not adequate as I was told that someone will meet me at the place when I arrive. I arrived at the place, waited outside at night, feeling unsafe, texted the host with no response. I had to wait until a car was coming out to get in the gate to at least ask security what the check in process is supposed to be. I had to make multiple calls and wait for quite a while before the host could meet me at reception. There was also no proper orientation of the place and where to find places and amenities such as swimming pools and laundry rooms , which was part of the reason I booked the place and not others.

Xoliswa (1/5): Please so better. - I didn’t have a pleasant experience. From the communication with the host till I checked out as soon as I got there. My kids and I were welcomed by cockroaches upon arrival. The host wasn’t even there to welcome us, the lady by the reception tried by all means to assist but she was also left with minimum instructions.The WiFi connection was also terrible. And it looks like a student accommodation, really not the perfect place for a quiet weekend in Johannesburg.
Vhuthuhawe (4/5): Disappointing - I like how everything was placed Our stay was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the property and lack of basic standards. There were no towels provided at all, which is unacceptable for accommodation. On arrival, we noticed blood in the passageway leading to our room, which was very disturbing and clearly shows poor hygiene and cleaning standards. The security guard was never in the guardhouse to open the gate, making access frustrating and raising safety concerns. The sofa in the room was broken, and the light switches were placed behind the fridge, making them very difficult to reach. There were no basic toiletries such as soap, only tissue, which is inadequate for guests. The pipes were loose and looked like they were coming out, which felt unsafe. The shower had no proper handle to control the hot and cold water, so we had to struggle just to turn it on, and the shower head was not properly installed. On top of all this, the meter boxes were making a constant nipping/buzzing noise the entire night, which made it very difficult to sleep. Overall, the property is poorly maintained and lacks basic amenities expected from a place offering accommodation, making the experience very disappointing.

The host is extremely communicative, responsive and proactive with providing solutions and assistance. Sometimes the water is shut off with no warning and no idea when it will come back on - extremely problematic & frustrating. The building is also dealing with a pest issue and you will come across an errant tiny roach or two.

Had to drop off at the gate and no direct entry point for guests versus tenants. Delivery had to meet at reception instead of unit door.
