- Davi (1/5): - golpe depois que confirmaram o pagamento mandaram mensagem alegando que já tinham hóspedes no quarto e sumiram após eu solicitar o reembolso.
- Emerson (3/5): Apartamento ótimo! Dono, nem tanto… - Confortável, limpa, silenciosa, e tem ar-condicionado bom, embora muito antigo. Banheiro bom, cama muito confortável (macia)… Quando fiz a reserva, nem pensei que seria preciso fazer o check-out ao meio-dia, já que a nova lei do turismo prevê diárias de 24 horas. Por isso, não imaginei que, tendo entrado às 14:00, teria que sair ao meio-dia, na data de saída (depois até tentei solicitar um late checkout, mas o dono me respondeu grosseiramente e foi irredutível, dizendo que tinha que honrar o contrato do hóspede seguinte - mas não fez esforço nenhum para honrar o meu contrato, considerando que houve desentendimento sobre o horário de saída (ele poderia ter proposto um acordo, permitindo que eu saísse às 13:00, por exemplo… O que percebo é que, querendo ou não, esse dono vai ser obrigado por lei a se adequar às novas regras, e já poderia ter experimentado fazer uma pequena alteração no contrato, para acomodar minhas necessidades… Mas preferiu ficar insistindo que quem estava certo era ele, “batendo boca” pelo WhatsApp, e chegou a dizer que não se importava se ele recebesse uma avaliação negativa…
