• Albanny (10/5): Flat muito confortável, área de lazer bem amplo e completo. Localizado perto de tudo, restaurantes, bares, farmácias e f - De tudo. Sala e quarto confortável. O banheiro com espaço bom. Gostei de tudo. Nada a reclamar.
• Alexandre (8/5): Bom custo benefício - Apartamento com ótimo acabamento e completo. Tínhamos todos eletrodomésticos, como microondas, cafeteria de pó, sanduicheira e Airfryer. Ar condicionado na sala muito bom, no quarto um pouco mais fraco mas era suficiente. Internet boa para videoconferências e streaming. Tem uma boa piscina na cobertura e me pareceu uma região bem segura. Comércio muito próximo, como mercado e restaurantes. O apartamento é colado no prédio vizinho, então não se tem vista e nem privacidade, pois dá direto para as janelas do outro prédio. Faz falta ter folha na janela, tem somente o vidro e o blackout, nunca tinha visto um apartamento assim. Desta forma não dava pra ficar com o vidro aberto pois entrava mosquito e o blackout batia com o vento. E aberto não tinha privacidade. Consequentemente o ar condicionado tinha que ficar sempre ligado. Um ventilador seria bem vindo também. A localização é boa, mas em épocas festivas podem ser barulhento pois é muito próximo do agito. Os funcionários do prédio são devagar e confusos, nos deram informações desencontradas. Apesar de tudo, estando ciente destes pontos eu recomendaria o lugar.

• John (7/5): Great location.apartment well equipped but view from balcony very poor - The location was excellent close to the square in Joao Pessoa. The apartment was small but the facilities were very good. Kitchen was well equipped, the WiFi good and the TV’s modern. The view from the apartment balcony was not good directly facing another apartment block. It was also noisy with local traffic noise. The owner did not offer a cleaning service over the four weeks we stayed. We had to ask for clean laundry every week.
