• Frank (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! - Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und ist sauber. Der Express Check-in mit der Schlüsselbox fand ich toll und es verlief ohne Komplikationen. Die Lage ist super und man kann fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichen. Man muss nur bedenken, dass man zur Unterkunft bergauf gehen muss, von daher ist es besser für fitte Menschen geeignet. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr eng, für uns war das mit einem kleinen Auto aber okay. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, ist es in der Unterkunft sehr warm, weil die Heizungen aufgedreht sind. Das Problem dabei ist, dass man die Heizungen nicht anfassen bzw. nicht abdrehen darf. Das müsste man bitte besser regeln.

• Edita (7/5): - Das Apartment war sehr angenehm, bequem und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut und insgesamt haben wir uns im Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt – besonders in der Weihnachtszeit war es drinnen gemütlich und komfortabel. Die Parkplatz-Einfahrt ist leider sehr schlecht. Für längere und breitere Autos ist es fast unmöglich, ums Eck zu kommen, ohne Kratzer zu riskieren. Hinweis für Fahrer eines Audi A6 Kombi mit Hinterachslenkung o.ä. : Vorwärts ist es unmöglich – die Einfahrt muss komplett rückwärts gefahren werden, dann funktioniert es meist. Zusätzlich hat das Bett auf einer Seite stark gequitscht und die Sauberkeit könnte ebenfalls verbessert werden, da sich viele Spinnennetze im Apartment befanden.

• Václav (10/5): Vhodné i pro delší pobyt. - Nadprůměrně vybavená kuchyňka, pokud se rozhodnete uvařit si, nebo připravit, něco dobrého. Lokalita v blízkosti centra s řadou obchodů i restaurací a bister, pokud nechcete vařit. V příjemném dosahu terminál MHD i autobusový terminál a vlakové Dolní nádraží, což je výhodou, pokud si chcete vyrazit na výlet a nechcete použít vlastní vozidlo. Krásná a vkusná vánoční výzdoba. Nejen TV s Netflixem!, ale i knihy a hry pro chvíle nevlídného počasí. Pro větší komfort navrhuji přisvícení cestičky přes trávník od parkovacího místa ke vchodu do apartmánu. Přece jen při příjezdu za tmy není dobře vidět na schody a pěšinu. Pár solárních zapichovacích LED světel to vyřeší.

• Agnese (1/5): Dirty sheets, humidity and low water pressure - Location. The apartment we were given was in the basement, which was not mentioned clearly beforehand. As soon as we entered, the air felt humid and heavy, almost like stepping into the changing rooms of a public swimming pool. There were multiple signs instructing guests not to dry laundry inside, to ventilate the apartment every day, and to air the place after showering or cooking—which already speaks volumes about the moisture problem. Unfortunately, the humidity wasn’t the only issue. The entire place felt dated, dusty, and poorly maintained. The shower had a note saying the hot water was enough for “two short showers or one longer one.” In reality, the water pressure was so low that taking any kind of normal shower was impossible. On top of that, the temperature fluctuated from warm to scalding without warning—I literally got burned. The towels didn’t smell fresh, but the absolute dealbreaker was the bedding. The sheets were old, rough, dirty, and had visible dust and hair on them. I tried using my lint roller to clean them, but couldn’t remove everything. I had already thrown out several lint roll sheets before I thought of taking a picture of them. Sleeping was nearly impossible, both physically (the bed felt rough and unclean) and mentally (knowing we were lying in dirty sheets). We contacted the owner the next morning, listed everything factually, informed them we were leaving early, and requested a refund. The owner responded by claiming they had “never had complaints” about the water and completely ignored the humidity and the state of the sheets. They refused to refund anything and told us to contact Booking. Booking offered a 13% refund, which doesn’t come close to compensating for the condition of the accommodation. The only positive: the location is excellent. Everything else fell far below an acceptable standard.

• Mario (10/5): Super, ich glaube wir kommen wieder. - Super gelegene Ferienwohnung. Das Stadtzenrum ist fusslaeufig erreichbar und in die Natur sind es auch nur ein paar Schritte. An Ausstattung hat uns in der sehr ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft nichts gefehlt.

• Aliona (8/5): - Близко к центру, очень удобный матрас (у меня болела спина 3 недели до этого, после первой ночи всё прошло), кухней не пользовались, но там всё есть для тех, кто сам готовит, квартира на нулевом этаже, поэтому не пришлось с чемоданами по лестнице ходить, парковка прямо на территории, быстрый заезд в любое время, есть телевизор с Netflix. Несмотря на то, что хозяйка/хозяин включали батареи утром и вечером, тепла не хватало на всю ночь и мы мёрзли. Одеяла тёплые, но голове было холодно, проснулась с насморком. Но нужно учесть, что мы привыкли спать в тепле, кому-то 100% будет нормально.
• Markéta (8/5): - Pro nás příhodné místo ve městě. Vybavená kuchyň. Zařízení celkově trochu starší, ale vše fungovalo, jak mělo. Dostatečně prostorné. Ubytování pod úrovní terénu. Nevím, jestli by bylo pohodlné v zimě.

• Orsolya (9/5): Fantastic stay in Karlovy Vary - The location was lovely, nice and quiet. The owners were helpful. The set-up and the bed were fantastic. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and we'll-setup, there was shower gel and hand soap, dish soap and towels, but they could be even cleaner.
• Sventhebrave (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable amenities, and professional service - a delightful experience ! - The apartment is located in an old villa within a charming mansion neighborhood, adding a touch of elegance to our stay. It offered a comfortable king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower. Additionally, the amenities included free WiFi, a smart TV, and convenient on-site parking, which made our stay even more comfortable. The contact with the landlady was impeccable and highly professional. She ensured that all our needs were met and was always approachable for any questions we had. Our experience in Karlovy Vary deffo was fantastic. The city itself is a real jewel, offering stunning sights whatever the season. I highly recommend visiting Karlovy Vary for its unique charm and beauty. There was one downside to our otherwise wonderful stay indeed: the warm water supply for the shower was quite limited. This, coupled with low water pressure when using warm water, meant that our showers were shorter than we are accustomed to from other accommodations. Without this issue it would have been a 10 out of 10.

We were very happy and will come back. One needs to ventilate often to get good air quality, but it's manageable, I guess part of living in old authentic villa
