• Yana (9/5): Wonderful two-week stay in Karlovy Vary - The property itself exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very spacious and clean with high ceilings and modern decor throughout the unit. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances (fridge, freeezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker that can be used with tassimo pods), pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. You share the washer and the dryer with another unit, but it did not cause any inconvenience during out two-week stay. The owner was always a call/message away and very responsive. The location is central and very convenient with great unobstructed views from the living room. One major drawback in our case was the lack of the elevator. The unit is located on the third floor (it is called second in Europe, but is in fact the third), and the high ceilings mean even more steps to climb, which can be a challenge for some guests. We would also suggest updating the bedding as quality of the pillows and the blankets was somewhat subpar.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - modern, recently renovated apartments, good communication with the owner, excellent location, close to the central square, where buses stop in all directions, Lazne 5, pedestrian street, 5 minutes at a slow pace to the garden colonnade. Everything was conducive to a comfortable rest.

The end of the 19th century elegance and charm. - Perfect location, very quiet, spacious and very clean apartment, possibly the best accommodation we have ever had. I have traveled extensively for the last 50 years and this is by far the best we have ever had for the price. Nothing much, maybe another lamp in the bedroom but this is not essential.
• Full_time_world_travel (4/5): A very disappointing experience, but it does have potential - The apartment looks like it was somewhat recently renovated and is in a good location, a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. It's a well-equipped studio with fairly stable wifi; it dropped out a few times, but I find much worse traveling as much as I do. I never received instructions for collecting a key and arrived at a locked and unmarked door. Booking.com's system wouldn't let me message the host. Luckily there was open wifi nearby to call the host on Whatsapp (NOT ideal, but my phone service was not working either). Worse though, was the loud and frequent construction noise; they need to inform people of this. I would have found another place if I had known. My stay was in July 2022, and I don't see it ending anytime soon. Not only were they working on units in the building, but three buildings just to the side were not very far along with a large remodel. They looked to only be keeping the old facades, so I imagine that sort of construction will take some time. It looks like they shifted the furniture from the original plan and doing so threw off the outlet situation by the bed. On one side it's a bit far and the other is blocked by the bed frame (it's a heavy frame that I didn't want to try to move). They could get a couple of short extension cords or plug strips to fix this.
