- Julia (8/5): Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub - Die Lage ist super. Man hat die meisten Wasserquellen in unmittelbarer Nähe, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bergbahn usw. Die Wohnung ist groß, einige Abzugspunkte wegen fehlender Praktikabilität. Z.b. für 4 Personen sind nur 3 Stühle am Esstisch, 2 Kühlschränke aber kein Ofen, keine Spülmaschine. Ein Spiegel im Flur wäre toll, oder ein Couchtisch im Wohnbereich; Nachttisch neben dem Bett.. Aber das sind nur Einzelheiten. Ansonsten war alles da, was man so braucht. Wir haben über den Vermieter einen Parkplatz für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts gebucht. Einmal haben wir einen Auflug gemacht und als wir zurückkamen, wurde dieser schon von den Freunden des Vermieters besetzt. Da die Parksituation in der Stadtmitte schon sehr angespannt ist, hat es uns schon einige Nerven und Zeit gekostet, das Ganze zu regeln. Sowas darf eigentlich nicht passieren. Sonst war die Kommunukation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert.

The location was very good, with a nice view, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable The sofa bed could be more comfortable, but it is a sofa bed, everything else was good.

The location is perfect, you have everything you need in the apartment. Also the owners/help are very responsive and frequently. You need to consider that it is an old building, but, it is not a negative point, rather something to be aware of.

- Patricia (10/5): Perfekter Ort für ein Wochenende in Karlovy Vary - Perfekte Lage - mittendrin in Karlsbad. Für meine 80jährige Mutter, die nicht mehr gut zu Fuß ist, war sowohl das Pupp, als auch das Thermalbad gut zu erreichen. Sie hat es ebenso genossen, aus dem Fenster zu schauen und das Treiben/Musik an den Kolonaden zu sehen/hören. Ebenso vorteilhaft war der vorhandene Fahrstuhl. (fängt allerdings erst ab Treppe 2 an, ein paar Stufen sind zu bewältigen) Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hell und modern möbliert. Ausstattung für ein Wochenende absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es empfiehlt sich den Parkplatz des Appartements zu mieten, es gibt - und ich begrüße das sehr - ein strenges Parkregiment in der Stadt. Das hält die Autos aus der Altstadt, was super angenehm ist. Ein direktes Vorfahren vors Haus ist nicht möglich,, war für uns organisatorisch kein Problem. nichts

Всё было идеально чистота, очень удобные кровати, Посуда на 6 человек Полотенца и принадлежности для душа меняли каждый день. Очень приветливый персонал. Все принадлежности для проживания имеются. Квартира очень удобно расположена в центре города всё в шаговой доступности. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз.

- Eva (7/5): - Umístění v centru. Dostatek místa a úložných prostor. Ubytování potřebuje údržbu. Toaleta se hýbe. Umyvadlo na toaletě se nedá použít, protože voda cáká všude okolo. Je k dispozici pouze jedna sada klíčů - bylo by fajn, kdyby jich bylo více. Mapka s cestou, kudy se dá k ubytování přijet autem tak, aby člověk neporušil značky zákaz vjezdu, by se velmi hodila.

- Gabriela (10/5): Krásny pobyt v Karlových Varoch - Apartmán priamo v centre, veľmi pekný a čistý, všetko krásne blízko a dostupné, ústretový ochotný prenajímateľ aj personál zdvihajuci telefón vždy, keď sme potrebovali radu alebo s niečím pomôcť. Predvianočný čas je tam ako z rozprávky. Ak máte so sebou dvoch menej mobilných ľudí, zdolať presun od parkoviska Libušina do apartmánu je veľká výzva, smerom nadol sa to ešte dá, ale nahor doporučujem použiť lanovku Diana.

Coffee pods available for the morning coffee is a nice touch. Parking is a challenge if you bring a car. A little bit of a walk to a supermarket for breakfast and snacks.

- Jana (9/5): Couldn’t Be Better Located for the Film Festival - Nice, well-equipped apartment in a superb location with a beautiful view, best enjoyed from the balcony. Self check-in was smooth, and the owner communicated excellently—messages were prompt, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay! The only thing that could make it even better would be adding small bedside lights and some ambient lighting in the living room for a cozier atmosphere.
