- Colin (10/5): VIP MTV Crib to have as your own - The appartment was absolutely stunning. They are huge inside with VIP facilities inside and amazing views. The ensuit bathroom was lovely with a huge bath. So much room. Honestly this appartment was so good it could be on MTV Cribs Perfect accommodation

- Hong-kai (4/5): Disappointing - This property is very convenient with respect to transportation and shopping in super market and malls . The room is very big but a bit empty. The poor is nice but always crowded with kids. The most importance thing is that it is very unfriendly to international travelers. I don’t recommend this place. 1. The bill must be paid by cash. Book ing . com said the bill will be handled by the owner through booking by credit card. However, I was requested to pay by cash. I stayed here for four nights. I need to exchange money and take a lot of cash for paying. It is stupid. 2. Smoking smell might be a problem. It is forbidden to smoke, but I could smell smoking in my room for the first night. No change is possible until the second day. 3. No hot water during my stay. I took cold shower everyday.

- Yusufjoseph (9/5): Superb - It was all good overall, 10-12min on foot to Twin Towers and Mall, the room was at 23 floor and there is a rooftop pool, however the rooftop pool at the building next to ours have clear view of the city (as our view is partially obstructed by that building)
- Spencer (7/5): The security at the infinity pool were so miserable, and very unwelcoming. We will not be returning because of this. Lo - Room was amazing Just the staff. The property was great
- Hana (10/5): COMMUNICATION IS VIRTUE - I like the smooth, easy and effective communication with the host for check in and check out. The place was nice and clean. Overall, it's been a nice 3 days staying there. The bed is really hard and they only give 1 set of key cards so it's kinda hassle if you want to go out in your separate ways.
- Rodrigo (9/5): Great option for KLCC - Central location. The host was very responsive on Whatsapp which made communication very easy. The apartment had a great view. The roof top swimming pool was gorgeous. I also enjoyed the gym at the top floor. Highly recommended. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and can be improved. The host provided free coffee but those were sachets with milk and sugar added so we didn't drink it. Straight black coffee would have been nice.

- Catalin (8/5): It's a BnB... Not a hotel. - The staff was very helpful. The place was clean. The location was good and the pool never too crowded. We had to ask for everything including garbage disposal and room cleaning. There was a hidden service tax (not related to tourism or something else). Basically an extra 16% tax for.... I don't know what because we had room cleaning done only once in 4 days.

- Yasotharan (7/5): Overall experience wasn’t great but not bad. - NA Firstly, floor is not dust free. Ion box & hair dryer was provided but the plug head is not compatible with house plug point… meaning as good as not provided. Although on the last day when we asked for it then the caretaker willing to provide but it was too late. On other hand, dryer wasn’t drying up cloths… not sure if we don’t know how to use… Finally on 12-Feb night, suddenly power went off & once I reported to caretaker, he attended almost immediately to sort out.

Not enough space to park the car in order to return the key/get the refund of the deposit. The security keep asking to move meanwhile we had to find the car park (temporarily) just to return the key/get the deposit back the lobby.This is something that i think really an issue.
