Ummi Amirah Afini Binti (6/5): - Location wise its good. The bed...mattress n pillows...were crusty....but the room is clean...but....the other tenants are there too n they smokes. So the whole room also smell like smokes. @_@.but for a stop by.short nap.yeah ok. For resting?like u wanna get whole 8 hours of sleep..nah.

Bakil (1/5): Bad - no breakfst location is bad and dirty my blender got stolen from the kichen .toilet is dirty ..pple in other room are noisy nd loud when they are in kichen ,,fridge it to small for 4 roomtenant in the house ,,landlord dont care if u complain bout somthing ...other tenants blowin thier nose off in the sink of the kichen nstead the touilet sink ..its really bad to stay there not worth it thhe 80 ringit pernight

Anas (9/5): Superb - everything is good and comfy. the apartment is close to everywhere: mall, restaurant, minimarket, thrift shop, night bazaar, petrol station, clinic, etc. need more than 1 card for 11 people.

Emelious (6/5): Not good - the location and the condo is pretty good and comfy agent/house owner should double check the facilities before renting to other people - water heaters malfunction some more there were bugs and cockcroaches in the bathrooms, we have to spent some times to clean the bathrooms before using them
