• Riley (8/5): Very good - Our 2 bed apartment was in an excellent location and great value for the price! The aircons worked and we had a microwave, fridge, washing machine and other amenities. There were a few issues, for example mould in the shower, only one roll of toilet paper for the week, no washing powder, the balcony door does not have a handle, ripped curtains. But overall great location and value for what we paid. Bed was comfy and there was lots of hangers and wardrobe space. Thanks for having us!

Near by good market and places to eat. Not far from metro and KLCC Shower room not in the best condition. Sleep room also requires some maintenance and refresh. I was only for one night, so not much to judge

Drinking Water is not provided 😑 got cans but no water

• Sitizul (5/5): Not satisfied on the aircond condition for the living room and the water issue. - The location and view from the balcony is good. The living area quite big. The pool is big and the view also nice. Aircond in the living room is not cold at all. Out of gas maybe. The water that come out from kitchen tap is hot and cannot adjust, and we notice that its reflect if we on the heater for bathroom. When we off the heater, then the sink water is normal temperature. We did ask the host, but its wrong timing since we stayed on CNY, and the host myb is out of town and quite difficult to get a line and entertain the problem occur. One more thing the water pressure is link to every room that got tap. The water will be slow when other tap is been using at the same time. There's no parking reserved for the unit, but u can park in the same building with the unit and pay like a public parking rate.

• Ezzah (6/5): Pleasant - 1. Location 2. Mr Rex is a responsible host, once i informed him regarding few issues he immediately came and solve the issues. 1. Parking they charged RM 8 / day for visitors 2. Iron was not working 3. The apartment was not that clean 4. The body wash was not refill. Able to use for 1 day because we were 3 altogether 5. The washing machine area was too dirty till we can see cockroaches came out from that area 6. The fans were slow even it was on the highest speed 7. AC were dirty I hope Mr Rex can take these points to improve the apartment cleanises. So we can come again in future 😊

• Mohd (8/5): Very good - Locations, property, facilities & value for money. Plus the property just next to the shopping mall & the LRT Putra lines station also nearby. The parking. No reservation parking lot for the unit that I stayed.

• Nor (7/5): The location is very strategic - The location is very strategic because it is center of Kuala Lumpur city. A lot of facility nearby this area. The air-conditioner is leaking at master bedroom. Need to pay for parking (even you are pay for the homestay) and not get any REFUND.
• Joshua (3/5): Poor - Strategic location and nice pool with views of KLCC The apartment's floor was very sticky, had a damp smell and looked like it was improperly maintained with visible signs water leaking issues. Please do not believe the pictures as it seems to have been taken when the apartment was new.

• Subramaniam (4/5): Disappointing. - A friendly and helpful host. Great Location. Although the host is friendly and helpful, overall the condition of the room was disappointing. The bathroom floor was dirty with lots of hair. The bathroom mat was dirty and in a poor condition don't even feel like I want to step on it. The body shampoo in the bathroom was not refilled. Sink clogged. Water puddle on the bathroom floor below the sink. I don't understand why do they collect cleaning service charges but the room is not clean especially the bathroom. The room smells of tobacco. The flooring near the bed was cracked and in a poor condition. Be careful when stepping on it. Parking at the Basement needs to take the stairs to the Ground floor and per hour is RM2.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is an electric kettle and an iron. Spacious living room and balcony! The room is very small, with old furniture and not a very pleasant smell! There were no hygiene products in the room, towels were not given.

• Artur (9/5): Nice but could be cheaper for this value - Located in a modern condominium. Big living room but small room. Free drinking water. Wifi is good. Hot water ok but don't forget to turn it on 30 min before you plan to take a shower. Mall with groceries and food court is located next to it. Close to the embassies. You share 1 bathroom with 2 other rooms and after some people use a toilet the whole bathroom was fully wet including the toilet paper. I recommend the owner should put some extra towel on the floor or smth to wipe off the floor so everyone can clean the floor after they use the bathroom. The room is small, big bed but it takes the whole room. If you need a table you need to use the living room with other people. A lot of hair on the floor. Very few kitchenware, they should add bowls and more cups at least.

• Nur (8/5): Good value for money - What you see on advertisement is what you actually get. It was clean, tidy, the lighting in the room was great too. Instructions to get to the room are also clear although quite confusing at first. All in all it was a good stay for me and my friend. Pool was so nice too!! The parking. The guard told us to park downstairs and there were limited spaces. Maybe other residents had their own visitors as well because the parking lot was so full and some even double parked. Other than that, a cockroach suddenly appeared on our last day at the apartment in our private bathroom. We didn’t manage to kill it because it ran away so quickly. Please do pest control for future clients ya.
• Aryan (9/5): Superb - Clean, Nice n cozy house safety very good. Highly recomended near Town area. Only 1 thing try to get tv channel couldnt get for both tv so i only use netflix at hall tv room tv never use. Try to auto search also never get any frequence. But its ok.
