I've stayed here 3 times and have suffered a lot of inconveniences, but now cockroaches and other bugs appear every day, so I don't want to stay here anymore. You need more thorough hygiene management and service. I hope your accommodation becomes a more popular place and I'm sending you my sincere advice. Please improve.

• Kai (1/5): This is the first and last time for me to use the service and service from this host. not worth it for me and he is more - I have nothing interesting to share. everything is bad and makes me regret it. 1) The first frustration arose from non-functioning equipment in the premises, such as the television. It took up to 4 hours for them to send a technician for inspection, and during that time I could not watch the television. Furthermore, I was instructed to take the technician from lobby to the premises because there is no access card. Despite the high payment and the huge deposit requirement of RM300, the inadequacy of the equipment, coupled with the slow and troublesome service, is really disappointing. 2) The bath towels provided are also dirty and musty, making them unfit for use.
