• Saima (6/5): It was very average. - I disliked how the stove top was very difficult for us to use. Plus the pans and spoons looked so unappealing and dirty. They should be replaced with new pans and new cutleries. Also after sometime the water filter stopped working despite following the stated rules and hence we had to purchase water bottles during the stay. The house I feel lacked clean air because my sinus kept getting triggered because there was too much dust coming in even with the balcony door closed. Most of the dust is also on the hanging chair in the balcony. I don’t think that’s been properly cleaned. Even the bed cover looked so old. I don’t know why it’s so hard to keep new covers as backup and replace them. The best part for me was the bathroom. I think that was the most equipped. It had everything oh except for a hand wash. Almost forgot how the kitchen didn’t even have a dishwashing liquid and the sponge that was provided looked so dirty. All of these things we had to purchase so we could use and bought it back with us. I think previously guests were using the hands provided to them in the kitchen for doing dishes.

• Lion (10/5): Absolutely clean and comfortable stay - The house is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The Japanese interior design provides a serene and tranquil ambiance, evoking a sense of Zen. The infinity swimming pool is spacious and features exceptionally clean water. The playground appears to be newly constructed and well-maintained. We highly recommend this property to all. Nothing as we could remember

• Sattar (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about the property, especially how cosy and cold it was, even in a place like KL. We were provided with every facility one would require whilst a stay. Couldn't have asked for a more better experience. I've serious sinus so I'd just suggest to wash off the bedding fully, clean the sofa with fabric wash or something to make sure no dust is accumulated within the furniture because it did trigger my allergy. Not like they were kept dirty, but I could tell they had dust in them.
• Siti (7/5): Nice location - This property is at great location and safety. The owner is having a god heart even this is a homestay the owner provided the eggs, yougart, speggetti and so basic kitchen equipment for myself to cooked for my small family early in morning. Maybe owner should check the room before before past to next rental since the claner did not properly clean on the house. should consider to provide extra pillow and matress this is only one bedroom house not 2 bedroom you need to sleep in the living area.

• Faizal (9/5): Superb - It's a cosy clean and well kept apartment. The location is about 5km to KLCC. The main highway runs about 2km from the building. The view from the balcony is of Ampang Jaya and KL. All amenities are conveniently within reach. The staff and neighbours are always helpful and friendly too The apartment unit is located at the Elements Ampang which wasn't clearly mentioned.
• Shaikh (7/5): Good - Location, and homely feeling. On arrival no response till two days after making several calls, property name was not registered and it was not showing while booking Grab taxi, wrong details ( Free breakfast) shared at the time of booking, as their is no breakfast facility at the site. We have used all bed sheets, towels and toiletries for four nights. Towels quality need to improve. Due to improper address, local taxi driver confused and struggling to find the address….the taxi driver was very angry was frustrated and all his frustrations he dumped on us while searching the hotel apartment site and he fought with us very very badly and shouting on us madly at the reception of Building B lobby….my family was very much scared you can see at building CCTV camera footage for better understanding of all horrible hyper driver shouting on us….I wish to complain against the taxi driver for his horrible behaviour but unable to do so because of lack of response from the property owner and the security guard of the property. We did not sleep whole night until morning 9.30 am due to trauma of the taxi driver…..I was desperately trying to call the property owner but no answer till two and half day. Me and my family wish to go back to our home country at that night.
• Hassani (9/5): Cute & comfy place to stay. Highly recommended. - It was a compact but very practical space with a fully functioning kitchen. My MIL appreciated the availability of the washing machine. We all loved the mobile massager. I personally love the TV area & balcony. We were especially surprised and impressed by how well stocked the fridge were for our breakfast convenience. Truly awesome how considerate the choices were. Nothing to dislike. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for others to experience it as well. For the management/host’s consideration: • Either upgrade current TV to a smart TV with device mirroring feature as well as Netflix & Youtube apps OR attach a Xiaomi Mi TV Stick which has Netflix, YouTube & other apps. • please consider either installing or provide a mobile collapsible drying rack for guests to dry their washed clothes. • My parent in-laws suggested a bigger bed to accommodate large framed guests like them. • additional hooks or towel rack inside the bedroom for guests to hang towels or clothes that they would want to wear again later on.

• Don (9/5): Nice experience. - Really love the concept - Japanese style. The amenities provided were very thoughtful and fulfilling our needs. Response and correspondence with the owner were smooth and satisfying. Water pressure in toilet was top notch. Loves the balcony too. 1. The microwave oven was provided upon request. Very good response, but the condition was very bad. We cancelled our intention to use it. 2. The toilet cleanliness can be improved, here and there. 3. Should provide a thicker curtain together with the sheer at the living room as it was glary to watch the TV in the morning.
• Lim (10/5): A gem in the KL City - My family and i had the most comfortable stay in this apartment. It comes with massage seat at the living room and we particularly like the balcony's deco and the night view to the city center. The breakfast has been improved a lot since our first visit in late 2022. They provide milk, musli, bread upon request, yogurt upon request, some fruits, jams, kaya, random packet drinks, spaghetti, bolognese/ carbonara sauce in can, coffee and tea. Just a little effort to cook the hot stuffs by your own. The swimming pool is clean. We had use the pool, the gym room and we came up back to our apartment for shower. We noticed the sauna in the public toilet is currently under maintenance, hopefully it will be available soon the next time when we return again There are some local Malay stalls at a walking distance to the apartment. The Malay food was great but walk way to the stalls could be a bit tricky as the road is narrow.
• Arunkumar (9/5): Superb - We liked authentic japanese theme home design, especially samurai wooden sword, tatami table, etc.. We love the view of the city from the balcony. We also love the toiletries and kitchenette. Overall we liked the stay at kisetsu no ei. There were some small ants, even though the kitchen was clean. A deep clean can be done here.
• Amir (1/5): The truth - This facility was awful and misleading. They stole money and mislead with their false advertising. They are fraudulent. Do not even waste your money. They are all about ripping you off. They don't cooperate and intentionally entice you with lies. Don't get scammed!
• Muhammad (7/5): Good - Nice kept unit with proper security. The room aircond was spoilt. Did not check for maintenance. The swimming pool is not clean The spa is very bad condition. The swimming pool toilet stinks. The sauna spoilt in the toilet.

• Bryan (8/5): Very good - The room is very comfy and comfortable and there are a lot of things to do inside like darts, Netflix, books, etc. The owner also gave a manual to guests which gives a personalized touch. Perhaps the free breakfast is kinda misleading which turns out to be just jam. But I guess that's on me because I did not really check that it's a residential building and not a hotel. The location is also far from ATM and there is just one near convenience store.
• Markku (10/5): Very pleasant stay and nice memories to take back to home. 5 out of 5 rating. - Very cozy japanese style. The owner was very helpful, prompt, friendly and professional. Location is also good, easy to catch a Grab and short distance to KL center etc. We even decided to extend our stay due to enjoyable place. Warm recommendations.
