• Patsy (7/5): Great location - Great location, very convenient for Bangsar LRT station across the link bridge. Swimming pool was nice. The furnishings in the apartment were very basic and towels were very thin. The apartment was quite dark, and there were no lamps in the bedrooms. It would have been good to have a full length mirror.

• Ooi (8/5): Very good - I liked the convenience that it is right in front of Bangsar LRT station and it can accommodate 5-6 adults for this price that I got -the bed in the first bedroom from the front door was rock hard and difficult to sleep on -the access cards provided doesn't allow access to level 1 carpark door which is the level of the connecting LRT Bridge door

• Natalie (4/5): Terribly disappointed. - The unit is spacious and can accommodate a group of 5. Other than that, nothing much to be satisfied about it. 1. There were too many unnecessary house rules and extra charges will be imposed for everything. 2. The host requires us to clean the unit ourselves but did not provide proper cleaning tools to do so. No dish soap was given, cleaning sponge was pathetic, no hand towel, no tissue was given, the hob and appliances were nasty. So I am not sure what’s the purpose of paying the cleaning fee of RM100 when we even have to take out our own trash. Extremely disappointing. 3. The design and furniture placing in the unit were acceptable but the ambiance and cleanliness need improvement. For example, there were stains on the bathroom ceiling and flooring. Ants were crawling everywhere. 4. We were told that there will be an unlimited parking entry of RM30 but we were reprimanded by the security guard saying that there’s no such thing. Anyhow, we were still disappointed that no free parking was given despite paying around RM300+ for this unit.
• Ai (7/5): Good - The room is big and very clean. The bed is comfy. The sound of public transportation is quite loud so it takes some times for me to get into deep sleep.

• Mohamed (8/5): Very good - convenient, very near to train station and able to get around KL easily. comfortable place to stay. not too clean, we had to get insecticide for a cockroach in the toilet. common toilet basin not usable as the pipings were removed, somehow the owner was not aware of it, but he offered to send a plumber immediately to fix the problem once we informed him.

• Chloe (1/5): Not worth the peice and bad stay - Kitchen has basic utensils and stove and oven. Dusty and not well maintained. Paid RM100 cleaning fees but got a dusty room in return, and host even request us to throw out the rubbish before checking out. Why do we need to pay RM100 then? And the bedroom is sooo hot—no aircon, just dusty standing fans, we didnt get to sleep well because of this too :( No shampoo!!! Only has 2 bottles of body wash. We had to use the body wash to wash our hair :( No hairdryer :( No Netflix, but the instructions book given by host there states got Netflix. Just plain old tv (unable to connect to internet to watch youtube those too) I have been to est for staycation quite some times and were quite good (last year/last last year dont really remember), this time is really disappointing, will not visit again

• Marshila (6/5): So-so. - One thing I like is the location of the property. Coz it’s near to Bangsar and Mid Valley. No resident parking, need to pay for parking per hour or per day or valet. Or park outside of the property at your own risk. The condition of the room is 2/5. They stated in the details of the property that there’s a sofa bad. But actually the sofa in front of TV is NOT A SOFA BED. Just a normal sofa. And also they stated on booking.com that TV can watch Netflix, NO NETFLIX AT ALL. Even youtube couldn’t watch. Need to do screen mirroring or what I couldn’t understand but nvm la, just next time don’t state things that are not there like the sofa bed and netflix. The person in charge of handling us was cold, not friendly. Not asking him/her to treat us like his/her bff but at least be nice a bit also can la you don’t lose anything, no need to be so cold. Also, RUSTY dish drainer rack. And the glasses still got fingerprints of people who previously touched the glasses before we entered the house. Not clean, hygiene 2/5. I dont look forward to coming to this place again or talking to the person in charge of our booking anymore. That’s all. Thanks.

• Cuti2 (9/5): thank you for the hospitality. - visitors may dine in at alila hotel of hyatt. otherwise to nu sentral for arrays of fast-food outlets. alert with the price published. it will cost rm100 more for cleaning fee. this fee is not included in the room/apt rate. not accustomed with ordinary trains, lrt and erl comes and go every minutes. for a night may be ok but for longer stays ... a no no.

Not at all brightness in room. Air-conditioning was not enough for big space. The upper side not able to sleep due to ineffective cooling.

• Chanyah (9/5): I like the place. It is ver comfort and easy to access to public transport. - just next to LRT station, a bridge direct to the building the check in and out time. The check in time is quite late 3:00 pm and check out time to early 10:00 am. And you need to pay extra if you check out late only in an hour (lucky I can check out before time)
• Yoke (8/5): EST is always nice for couples so unwind & relax as well. Good location & easy access to everywhere. Easy to get - Clean, spacious & cozy Dark & some lights are not working. Tvbox hard to operate.
• Sheila (2/5): Very poor - I had booked this apartment for a two week stay after reading all the lovely reviews. However I was very disappointed on arrival, even though the apartment looked perfect at first, there were many things that were just not up to par and quality for the money paid. I felt that the place was very unhygienic and the duvets they had used were very old. The bathrooms were also not well maintained, the handheld bidet in all the bathrooms had the actual bidet missing so we could only use the hose. On speaking to the reception they informed us that they are not able to do anything about this and we have to speak to the hosts. I immediately moved out the next day as I did not feel that this apartment was worth the money and I found a much better/hygienic place to stay.
• Adawiyah (9/5): One night stay - Everything was good, stayed here only for one night, even managed to order Grabfood. The elevators were fast too. TV, aircond, lights, fans, iron, ironing board, everything was working fine. The room was close enough to the elevators but far enough for you not to hear any noises from neighbours hahahha. And the room is at the corner so the room has enough lighting. The most important is, we feel safe.
• Chandran (9/5): the room and the staff are really good and friendly, will consider to stay again when we travel to KL - i only dont like the parking facilities, dont have parking for free and the provided parking lot always will be full and need to wait for the other cars to go out in order to parking.
