- Alex-uk-fr (7/5): Decent budget stay in the centre of KL - Value for money.
Comfortable bed.
Good WiFi for work.
Once I'd checked in, the management were easy to reach.
Decent shower.
Amazing view of KL, particularly at night. No hand towels.
Sofa could be replaced as there is a big tear in the seat.
The automated check in on WhatsApp is a nice idea but the bot got confused and I was stuck for how to go further.

- Amer (1/5): This place is horrible with no refund - The location it can be considered as good location. You need to walk for around 20 min to reach the Pavilion mall Nothing good at the this property
I have felt that this was a scam!!!
When I saw the photos here booked the 2 bedrooms apartment with their the only one option which is non refundable booking. But in the actual they accommodate me in a different 2 bedroom apartment when I refuse they said that they have two different types and what I have seen is already booked !!
Anyways, the apartments was horrible!!! Nothing clean and nothing working properly most of the things in very bad condition
I just want to advise the others to think twice before they did same my mistake
- Sajib (1/5): Bad - Street Food Nearby 👌🏼 Don't Have Facility
- Nadia (9/5): Superb - Good value for money. The room was bigger than expected. it was clean and spacious. The bed and pillow was comfy. Theres small balcony. Theres proper size fridge, washing machine, cutlery, stove, shoe storage, big wardrobe, dining table, tv , sofa, towel for 2, shampoo & shower gel. We didnt expect to get such facilities for the price we paid.
Location was superb. Close to train station and shopping malls ( about 10 minutes walk). Also close to art gallery UR-MUR. Ringht outside the apartment theres small warung sell local food and cheap. Theres also a lot of cafe, restaurant, & bar around (we ate dinner at Pizza Mansion and it was so good).
We stay during weekdays, there is no problem with noise from the busy street. But we not sure how it will be during weekend.
Check in process farely easy. Host was friendly and attentive. I had an weird situation with the rude security at the swimming pool. I went to the security asking for towel for swimming. He ask for room card, so i gave to him. He asked if im the guest there( I just hand over him the room card, of course im the guest there!). I said yes, but he look dissastified. With grumpy face, he inspect my room card. I had a 2 minutes awkward moment standing in front of him while he inspecting my card.
Then he hand me the pool towel hesitately. I say thank you, he just make face to me. The whole time me and my husband swimming, he keep checking on us. Watching us closely. It was very very uncomfortable.

- Nor (9/5): excellent and superb staycation, nice view - i'm not going for breakfast during my stay none. we are very happy with the facilities provided
- Suriati (9/5): Ok - You can cook if you want . Price very reasonable . Comfortable for 2 person . Near everywhere at bukit bintang . But actually hotel Ramadan not greyone bukit ceylon Should listed Hotel Ramadan so easy to look and find the location.
- Faseha (9/5): Superb -
- Shamsul (7/5): Good - Location
- Heng (8/5): Very good -
- Daveb1986 (6/5): Location A++ Check in D - The location was spot on a short walk to the food street and restaurants. The size of the room was good and there were items to enable me to cook if I choose. The check in process, it took 45 mins as it all done on text. It also states you need to pay a deposit via card but then arrived and was told it had to be cash. This needs to change as then I needed to go to a cash machine.
The room had a smell of cigarettes but I think this was from the vents. It was also very noisy at night in the corridor.
- Winnie (1/5): Bad -
- Bipin (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Had a view of KL Tower from the balcony. Worth staying.
- Rahma (9/5): Superb -
- Kelvin (7/5): Good -
- Gabriel (7/5): Good -
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Shamsul (5/5): Passable -
- Nicolas (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Great localisation but that’s it. - The localisation The check in process is really bad, wasting too much time to do it with a Bot in WhatsApp then we need to pay a deposit through a link and finally someone come to the hotel to provide the keys. The process is way too long.
The unit was really in a bad condition, not clean, quite a lot of things broken (hand mirror, sofa, wardrobe,…). The u it didn’t I coude iron and iron board and not even hair dryer. I had to call them to provide them and they brought some.. dirty. Again..
- Claire (3/5): Overall pretty awful. Will not be staying there again. - Location Apartment was dated. Had to ask numerous times for clean towels. Apartment not serviced the whole time we were there over a week. No iron in room. Toilet seat broken but man came to fix same day. Swimming pool was out of action for 3 days and no alternative pool was given despite us asking.
- Noor (6/5): Pleasant -
- Arek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohamad (10/5): Amazing stay - Good customer service and everything was on time
- Phei (7/5): Great location but for the not too particular - Location is superb. Plenty of good cages & restaurants within 5mins walk. Very near to Pavillion Mall & Bukit Bintang food street Alittle old. Only 1 toilet in our two bedroom apartment and toilet smells like dirty drain at times. No additional pillows provided.
- David (3/5): Poor - The price and location is good Successfully Booked but less than an hour before check in time, I was told that the room ceiling is leaking.. Insisted to have a room and finally was given one
- Ather (1/5): Bad -
- Md (8/5): Very good -
- Precious (2/5): Very poor -
- Amhar (5/5): Passable -
- Ayesha (7/5): Good - A C was good
Room location was good Bedsheet was torn
No dustbin in room
Some water outside the property on floor
Couch was totally torn
- Ayad (3/5): Poor - Not clean. Cleaning is done only every three days. There are insects in the room.
- Jing (1/5): Bad, don't come! - Strategic location in KL centre, quite happening at night 1. No clear instructions regarding the check-in. I called the provided number asking for help, but the staff just told us to message the number given. We followed and what we got was talking to the auto-reply bot, not help the situation at all!
2. We spent almost half an hour reaching the location as we didn't know the place was Hotel Ramada, and this was just a room run as air bnb(I guess) by the host.
3. If you go there by own transport, the parking will be your other issue. There are no clear instructions on where to park and the parking rate. Ask the person in charge(who sent us the room access card), he knows nothing. Ask the hotel personnel who also cannot give us a clear explanation regarding the parking rate.
3. The room is not well maintained, the sofa is old and broken, the washing machine is dirty inside, and the wallpaper is falling off( The balcony has a good view that can see Tower PNB and KL city view but I have no guts to step out to the balcony because it is very dirty with water stained and dust on the floor. THE ROOM THAT WAS ASSIGNED TO US WAS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY SHOWED. YOU MAY REFER TO THE ATTACHMENT BELOW. Nothing much amazed me during the stay.
5. The time I went in around mid-July, the facilities could not be used because of the renovation.
4. THE HYGIENE IS OUT.
WE GOT BITE BY BEDBUGS!!!!
The photo can prove everything( Booking.com only allows me to put 4 photos or else I will let you all see the real condition of the room and our bite wounds). This is the worst experience I have had in my life. It isn't worth the price.
- Raaj77 (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfy & nice to stay Lightning was very dim
- Toni (1/5): Bad - Not a lot The check in was awful.
Shower did not get hot at all.
Balcony with nothing to sit on.
Not got for for women on there own as it is down the hill from the main street where lots of men just hang out.
- Prakash (8/5): Great location. - Great Location. Well presented apartment. Sanitary shower tap broken. Towels thin and well worn. . Check in process not straight forward. Did not like to communicate with a chatbot. No bath mat
- Winnie (1/5): Bad - No Refund slow
Poor attitude and service
Cockroach. Management is extremely slow to give the key
Trash in kitchen not cleaned
The lost item in the room ate taken and not returned even it's old items i own such as ring. Power adaptor for computer and hair clip.
Refund foe deposit also takes long still wait for the refund 200rm
Not recommend
- Ellyza (4/5): Disappointing - Staff responded well. I was being told that there's technical problems at Ramada and was transfered to D'Majestic Pudu for a standard King room(rate are lower then Ramada) which is a bit further away from my initial stay. The fact that the booking was confirmed and the changes were made later.
In the end I decided to just accept it although it wasn't my fault.Wished they could imformed me earlier that I could make an arrangement.
- Kanch (5/5): Passable - Wifi 👍
Interior 👍
Quick Refunding of security deposit 👍 Not guest friendly check in .
Auto Reply messaging from given whatsapp number is useless when we need inquiries .
Waited around 20 mins for contact the given whatsapp number for checkin procedure .
while we were in the airport, they sent a totally different checkout locker procedure apart from what we received as the check out procedure a day before .
Most of the facilities they mentioned in the app were not in good condition ,
like -
*The washing machine was broken .
*Drains in bathroom not working , flooded everytime when used shower.
*No streaming facilities like netflix
* Actual is totally different from pics in booking .com
- Raslan (3/5): Poor - Nothing Hold the guest security deposit for 5-7 days after check out but asked the guest about security deposit straight away before check in...They should return the security deposit to the guest right away after the guest check out
- Irfin (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (9/5): Superb - Location No floor mat for the bathroom
- Baki (3/5): Poor -
- Stanislas (5/5): Great view but dirty - Great location, the pool and the gym are nice. Great view Clean (floor) but a lot of stains everywhere: sheets, walls, chairs and couch. We didn't sit on the couch at all because it looked disgusting.
We ask for a sheet replacement and the new one was as dirty as the old one. We almost left the flat.
The whole flat looks like it needs a refreshment.
- Chad (3/5): Poor -
- Baki (7/5): Good -
- Cheryn (3/5): Infested with cockroaches - Location was great. The whole studio was infested with cockroaches. We literally caught about 10-15 cockroaches in a span of 5 hours. There weren't any ridsect spray at all in the studio. It really made our stay uncomfortable for the price we paid cause we don't even get this in a budget hotel.....disappointing for 250 a night -.-
- Anonymous (7/5): Good - Location The bathroom smells bad and accessing the unit with password is too troublesome.
- Muharremciftci (9/5): Superb -
- James (2/5): I have stayed in many places with booking.com this was my worst experience - Don’t stay here , it is not as advertised , very poor condition , rips in sofa cracked sink , mouldy shower , curtains not closing properly , managed by a company that are not interested in sorting out any problems , just all about taking money , deposits and signing your life away to their regulations 😞 DONT STAY HERE
The check in and out is ridiculous, you can only speak to a robot which continually repeats the same thing over and over , reminding you constantly of the extra charges you can receive , the bed is not very long, so if you are tall your feet will hang out the bottom ,the sheet was dirty there was ripped sofa with stuffing coming out , cracked sink , the extractor fan in the bathroom was so noisy was un bearable , NO hand soap ??? Anywhere kitchen or bathroom , this is a basic requirement , no bathroom floor mat to work your feet , so very slippery in the bathroom , these are basic things
- Francis (3/5): Poor -
- Harshal (6/5): Pleasant -
- William (6/5): not bad - price is good. location is good too, but can be hard to get a ride due to traffic. room is great for the value. can be hard to get a ride, tv is locked behind password - attempts to get pw from chat with host was unsuccessful, but not really here for the tv
- Sumon (3/5): Poor - Sofa u should Change....kitchen area should clean properly....
- Dr. (9/5): Got the better room. - The location was excellent. All within walking distance. Initial room on high floor had some defects (broken sofa and etc), and we were promptly changed to a different room immediately upon complaining. Thanks to the management! . This new room turned out to be better, cleaner and more comfortable. The bath was clean, with really strong water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to car park n lobby. View from balcony is nice, facing changkat n alur. Possible to plan to trip for the evening from ur balcony. Check in n check is normal time.. And traffic is not heavy around the hotel at this times. To many registration procedure prior on watsapp. Then again sign form at the property lobby. Parking have to pay extra RM20 for multiple entry.
- Leeshalinee (3/5): Poor -
- Phua (7/5): Good -
- Anne (8/5): Very good - Convenient location
Spacious apartment
- Danijel (5/5): Clean it up - The location, the views, the pool. It was filthy. I am quite sure the linen has not been changed, I know what fresh linen looks and smells like. The pictures on here show the property as it once was, probably when it first opened, which is now far from reality. It’s shabby, broken, not looked after well. The booking process via multiple whatsapp chat bots is unnecessary, since you end up being given the third number to contact an actual person in the end.
- John (10/5): Value for money - The property mostly aligned with its description and proximity. Towels should be delivered on a daily basis without having too request.
- Matthias (6/5): Guest friendly, great location apartment with too much time wasted for the booking process - The facilities (entrance area, elevators, pool, gym) were very nice, clean and good to use, not to crowded. The room is nice, spacious, with great balcony and view. The staff at the place was also helpful and kind, answering all my questions and helping me out through WhatsApp all the time within minutes.
Location is close to the party area, in the middle of bukit bintang and the food street jalan altor, many shops, bars, restaurants close by. So of you like to go out, this is a great and guest friendly place to stay. The booking process was a pain in the .... The deposit collection through some website, the 3 different chats on booking and whatsapp with different people (so I had to provide all my information 3 times). And to get back, you again have to contact another party and provide all the information again instead of them just releasing the money for you.
All in all, I've spent a few hours just for all the paperwork, which is okay for long-term rent but not for a tourist apartment.
And maybe they could add a chair or something to the balcony that would be nice.
- Rozan (8/5): Very good -
- Ahmed (7/5): Good -
- Ahmed (7/5): Good -
- Sitra (5/5): Passable - That deposit return too late I'm checking out on 13/ almost above 1week still didn't receive my deposit rm200 That deposit return too late I'm checking out on 13/ almost above 1week still didn't receive my deposit rm200

- Jose (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, great location and stunning views
- Raquel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debora (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely comfortable apartment. Very convenient location
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Noel (1/5): Bad -
- Zatty (10/5): Exceptional -
- Letchumie (9/5): Superb -
- Mustapha (8/5): Very good - The balcony offers a decent view of the KL city skyline, including the iconic Menara Kuala Lumpur. The location in Bukit Ceylon is excellent; it's within walking distance of attractions like Pavilion Mall, Taman Eko-Rimba garden, and the Museum of Illusions. Check-in experience could be improved. Though there was no delay, waiting in the lobby for a person to hand over the keys didn't seem professional. The desk for laptops was in front of a mirror, which wasn't an ideal setup for working.
- Donal (9/5): Well worth staying here,Quality accommodation and super professional service,Will definitely use again. - Nice location right beside Bukit Bintang, lovely apartment,Clean and we’ll layer out,Washing machine came in handy,Even got to dry the clothes on the balcony ,).
- Lisa (9/5): Great, central location - Excellent location close to shops, bars, restaurants and monorail/MRT. A lot of questions and resending of booking confirmation on WhatsApp just after I booked it but actual check-in & check-out was fast and easy. Songkar, the on site host was friendly, helpful and responded quickly.
Flat was clean, nice view from balcony and had everything you needed for a few nights. Pool was lovely but I would have preferred if it got more sun Everything was fine but towels & línen are a bit work
