• Arancha (1/5): Mala - La piscina Tiene una plaga de cucarachas, justo al lado de la cama, en el baño, la cocina, etc. una pena que esté tan descuidado. La comunicación con el anfitrión es mala.

• Rosmaria (8/5): Worth every penny. - Excellent location, very near to Kuala Lumpur World Trade Centre, next to Sunway Putra Mall, LRT Putra KTM Komuter Putra. We do no use other facilities because we just want a safe and convenient place to rest. The host allow us to check-out at 1pm since our event not ended yet. No glass/mug in the kitchen and no ironing board (I think I have looked properly).

• Low (3/5): super bad maintained room, blacklisted for me - Location is the Pros Basically all bad experiences, multiple cockroach, bloated and mouldy flooring and water stitches on couch, multiple broken lamps slippery weird textured bathroom, no electricity on entry (fusebox cutoff eventually found out) and more.

• Baram (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and they let us check out late. The staffs were friendly. It would've been better if it came with parking and they gave us an access card to get to the parking but the card didn't work and the process of registering to get the parking access card was a total hassle. Appreciate if they could coordinate the parking facility better.
• Илья (5/5): I wrote the cons for a reason, I wrote a review not to speak out, but in the hope that the owner would notice him and ta - location, on the roof of the pool, delicious cafe, 1) the address on the booking does not match the address of the apartment (I arrived in the wrong place, lost an hour and a half of time and money), 2) the repair was shabby, to put it mildly, the photos are not relevant (it was not pleasant to feel this, (of the important ones for me. The flooring in the room needs to be replaced. the wallpaper needs to be glued and painted or re-pasted, there is no hygienic shower head, fungus on bathroom ceiling) 3) there was no hot water, 4) it can I already find fault, but it would be nice to have a sheet in advance so that you can visit the pool - otherwise they won’t let you into it (if it is indicated that the pool is on the roof, but I don’t know if I can go there or not and I need to contact the owner) 5) the light either does not work or does not turn on everywhere, the switches are not at all convenient, it may be worth hanging or signing stickers 6) view inside the yard, not outside (but I'll do it already)

• George (4/5): Pathetic room apart from the size - which is huge. - The size is big and that's the best you can say. Maintenence poor. Must have been very grand once but years of neglect have taken their toll. Now dingy and on the way to fast becoming horrible. Looks like very, very little money has been spent to keep it's former glory. If your standards are low and if you cannot see the disrepair and state of the place then it is great. Wondering whether those that have invested their money in this business have had a look at their investment lately.
