• Patrick (9/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Lenah valley. The loft was very clean, well organise and so private. It's surrounded by the quiet and good neighborhood. Our hosts Max and Elaine were so friendly, straight away we felt it's a home away from home place for us. We can't thank them enough. The place was hilly and a bit tricky to get used to it but we managed.

• Viola (7/5): - Accommodation was clean and comfy. We found the ceiling was too low and if they can replace the bin in the kitchen. Beware the driveway is a bit steep, if you haven't got your car prepared to pull your luggage up the driveway.

Si tratta di un grande monolocale mansardato con una comoda zona per cucinare, un bagno con lavatrice e un comodo letto. L'arredamento non è nuovissimo ma è molto accogliente. Ottima pulizia. Comodo il parcheggio nel cortile della casa. Host super gentile e cordiale. Si trova in una zona residenziale quindi è preferibile avere l'auto per spostarsi.

Smaller than expected for the price. Also needed a receipt for work and this was not forthcoming.

Good walk into Hobart centre which we enjoyed both ways (our choice rather than catching public transport or taking car). Very well positioned, easy to get to all tourists spots in Hobart. We knew about the sloping ceilings (ie: loft) but still managed to hit our heads :). Thankfully, a small inconvenience .

• John (10/5): Different but brilliant; an amazing quality loft set in a beautiful and well maintained garden. - Very convenient Lenah Valley location; in a quiet and quality residential area. There really was nothing to not like; we loved it. It was spotlessly clean; had everything you could need and in the event that you might want something the hosts were just a call away. The hosts were lovely people who were great to talk to.
• Chris (8/5): We loved the place and it was very well appointed. - Max and Elaine met us on arrival - they were wonderfully friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our time staying at the Loft. The access to the sunroof was great and we loved the layout and ameneties on offer. Being just out of town but still close enough to day trip from was a big plus. The only part we did not enjoy was the mattress and pillows. The mattress was very hard, and the pillows very thin which ended up with us waking feeling unrested and sore. For a night or two, it wouldn't have been bad but we stayed for almost a week so the soreness became more apparent over time.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - A very warm welcome from Max and Elaine to the separate part of their property which is the Loft. We had a lovely conversation upon arrival in which Max and Elaine shared with us some of their local knowledge about the Bruny ferry, Salamanca and so on which helped us greatly in making the most of those planned trips and which we were very appreciative of. The Loft is totally self-contained in a quiet part of Hobart but with good access to it and the wider area. There was much to enjoy including Max's Leatherwood honey!

• Chia (10/5): Exceptional - I'm so happy to stay here for 11 nights, be able either take bus or drive a hired car to explore Hobart and it's neighhood area. This is a calm, cozy and clean room, with everything you need. I can truly feel Elaine and Max really cares of whoever stay here from what they provided.

• Christie (9/5): Love it, great hosts, will definitely see if its available next time I'm in Hobart. - So glad I came across this little gem, Max & Elaine are fantastic hosts. As I am from Hobart I knew the area and was happy to be somewhere that was quiet and not in town. The view from the room is beautiful. The room itself is awesome, super comfy bed, and everything you need for a stay including a a cooktop, & wifi. They provide cereal and toast in the room with butter & their own honey, as well as coffee and tea making facilities. Also Elaine makes a beautiful little soap that you will find also.
