Rudolff_ru (4/5): Disappointing - In this apartment, I only appreciated its location, the availability of internet, nice balcony with great view, a reasonably equipped kitchen, and the low price. However, in this case, the price seemed to correlate with the quality of the apartment. The apartment itself is understandably old due to being located in a very old building. There seems to have been some kind of renovation, but it leaves much to be desired. The bathroom is extremely small, less than a meter in length, and its cleanliness is questionable, so I didn't dare to take a shower in it. The shower curtain is a separate story; I even had the urge to go and buy a new one, but , I managed to resist it. The faucet in the bathroom was dripping, so I had to temporarily fix it. There was an unpleasant odor in the apartment for a couple of days, but eventually, it went away. The interior and furniture are also not in the best condition. The apartment has a nice balcony, but there is no furniture on it (unlike the neighbors). Every time, we have to carry chairs from inside to sit and enjoy the view. The apartment has beautiful chandeliers and light fixtures, but either the bulbs are missing or there are very few of them. The same goes for toilet paper; it's evident that the owners are focused on making money but unfortunately don't want to invest in its quality.
