• Natalia (1/5): - Lokalizacja, to jedyny pozytywny aspekt tego noclegu. Gospodarz okazał się bardzo nieprzyjemnym człowiekiem. Klucze miały być do odebrania w lockboxie - natomiast gospodarz pojawił się z kluczami przed kamienicą, krzycząc na nas, że nie ma czasu bo prowadzi sklep w okolicy. Ciężko było się z nim porozumieć bo mówił w nieznanym nam języku i użył max 5 angielskich zwrotów m.in. no time i cancellation. Nie zaprowadził nas do mieszkania, nie chciał nas wpuścić. Zaczął spisywać nasze dane potrzebne dla urzędu (opłata klimatyczna/podatek) - obraził się, kiedy nie chciałam mu podać dokumentu do ręki tylko pokazywałam - i groził anulowaniem rezerwacji. Przyjechałyśmy 500 km na festiwal biegowy, i to była ostatnia rzecz jakiej spodziewałyśmy się na miejscu ;/ anulowanie rezerwacji bo nie chcę obcemu człowiekowi na ulicy oddać jedynego dokumentu ID? Ponadto, mieszkanie było prawie że puste, nie było gdzie rozpakować rzeczy. A na dodatek mieszkały w nim mrówki, które pokryły całą łazienkę i kuchnię. Bardzo złe doświadczenie.
• Iveta (9/5): Krásný prostorný apartmán na dohled od Alžbětiných lázní. Super pobyt. - Velký prostorný apartmán. Nově zrekonstruovaný. Je vidět, že je vše nové. Super umístění na dohled od kolonády a Alžbětiných lázní. Dobrá cena. Velmi prostorné ložnice i obývák a kuchyň. Milý pan pronajímatel. Pohodlné postele. Osobně to neberu jako velký problém. Ale je vidět, že je vše nové a ještě by chtělo něco doplnit. Třeba více úložného prostoru na oblečení a vybavení kuchyně. Nám to nevadilo. Věci jsme nechali v rozevřených kufrech. Apartmán je ve 4. patře bez výtahu. Tedy má krásný výhled, ale nesmíte mít problém s koleny a dechem :-)

• Iveta (5/5): Byli jsme zklamáni. - Bylo čisté, ale tak skromně vybavené. Aspoň noční stolky a lampičky na nich by bylo fajn. My to řešili židlemi. Na delší dobu by scházelo i nádobí. Určitě si myslím, že by v nabídce mělo být velké upozornění, že se jedná o ubytování v 5. patře bez výtahu. Já tam vzala 81 letého manžela po operaci srdce a nebylo to pro něj nic moc. A ta neskutečná špína a zápach na chodbách, člověku to ještě víc zprotiví. Odjeli jsme o den dřív, schody byla ta hlavní překážka a pak co večer v apartmánu, kde musíte být na posteli, kde není ani křeslo a přitom místo by tam bylo. A věšák v chodbě taky chyběl. Už asi nikdy. Přestože jsme byli v takové výšce, bylo z dolních pater slyšet brzy ráno hlasité bouchání na dveře.

• Cornelia (3/5): - Sehr gute Lage im Stadtzentrum. Der vereinbarte Check-In um 14 Uhr hat nicht geklappt. Der Vermieter spricht kein Englisch. Im Kühlschrank und im Bad war Schimmel. Im Schrank stand dreckiges Geschirr. Die Küche ist nur mit dem aller Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Das Bett war kaputt. Die Wohnung hat wenig Gemütliches. Man kann nur in der Küche am Tisch sitzen.

• Sergey (8/5): We will definitely return next time. - Great place, great value for this price. Almost perfect Appartement to stay with the whole family: equipped with nice modern furniture, everything clean and the local is perfect. Only one issue: No dishwasher in apartment and no place to dry the washed plates - so it turned to be a big issue when you wanna clean up after the meal. And we always have food prepared by ourselves. Also no big normal oven- just stove. But the small oven is there so actually nothing to complain))))

• Oleksandr Osyka (7/5): - Місце розташування гарне, все поруч. Квартира простора по площі, для 4 чоловік комфортно. Рядом кафе, магазини, є де прогулятися. Сама квартира недокомплектована для здачі подобово. В кімнатах не має ні комода ні шафи, біля ліжок не має тумбочок. Постіль - подушки, одіало, матрас низької якості, дуже зношені. Полотенця які були в квартирі, вони були дуже старі пахли не приємно, ними страшно було користуватися, вимушені були купляти собі в магазині полотенця, власник сказав що інших не має. Кухня, має мінімальну комплектацію посуду для приготування.

• Iryna (4/5): Disappointing - The location is pretty good The apartment is mostly clean There was no prior communication before our arrival, so I had to ask all the questions. As a result owner refused to give us keys before we pay the city tax (we payed for the whole flat in advance). Because we don't know Czech language (even though in description English is highlighted as an option) it took about an hour to figure out what does he want and he was pretty aggressive about us trying to figure out what else should we pay for and almost used force to get the key that he gave to us. He also demanded cash, but when we eventually got to the apartment there was information pamphlet where it was mentioned, that bank transfer can be accepted as city tax payment. The fridge is working as a freezer only. So we couldn't buy products in advance and use it in general

• Zamirakhon (4/5): Disappointing - Even we talk very good Czech language the host was in bad manner and it was too complicated to find the location. We stayed there with our elder parents and kids. The owner is irresponsible for documentation and we had to wait a long for entry.

• Bruna (5/5): Fair for 1 night, but issues with the hot water, towels and dust. - Central location. The bedroom is big. The kitchen is good, although we didn't use it. Was quite easy to have the keys. It is on the last floor (4th or 5th), without a lift. Although we didn't have any issue with it, this can be a problem for people with limited accessibility. On the first night, after my husband took a shower, the boiling stops to work and I had to take a cold shower. It was very uncomfortable. I understand the limitations of boiling, but there should be an explanation about it before, to limit the time of the shower as max as we can. There was a lot of dust in the apartment. In the toilet, there were a lot of ants. The towels they gave to us were so small that we barely covered our bodies.

• Zac (9/5): Superb - Great central location. Everything clean and working. Apartment is large with plenty of space.

• Kimberly (8/5): Good value - Clean and comfortable- great location Spacious for our family of 4. Appreciate the washing machine and drying rack. Be aware that you need to climb several flights of stairs. No a problem for us- but could be for others. Check in with local shopkeeper was a little odd- but worked out fine.
• Denisa (9/5): Superb - Clean ,cosy apartment and the the owner was very helpful when we struggled with some things. Late check out without problems was grest, location perfect and equipment too. Just the stairs:D definitely not for older people but that's just how is it in such older buildings:)

• Juan (1/5): very very cold, 5 floor without elevator - nothing good, the worst on my life apartment is in 5 floor without elevator (100 steps), very cold all night, we where qith small child and we are all 3 ill after be cold all night. tv is not working ( any channel you can watch). In reservation was wrotte 2 rooms and was only 2 beds room. very cold and 100 steps with child chair is not fun. owner didnt help, just said is problem of town but radiators where not working.
