Yit (1/5): Dirty & Run Down place. But location to midvalley is ok - Location close to midvalley Broken Cabinets, Dirty Toilet Table, Moldy Toilet, Cracked Wall, Burn Sofa, Broken Door, Dirty Fans, Dirty Lamps, Damaged Wooden Floor, Damaged Wall, Dirty Bed Sheets, Dirty Kitchen Hood.

Vincent (5/5): Location is strategic. Overall is neutral. More to improve. - Location of the apartment is strategic to Mid Valley & other location. Convenient as have petrol station just outside the unit. The key collecting process is not convenient. Mail post at Lvl 3. Car need to stop at below & walk up to Lvl 3 to collect. Instruction form Host is unclear too. Option 1: Drive down to visitor park (Pay by hours) to collect the key. Option 2: Just park downstairs if parking available. By road side of the apartment. Car park lot is at Lvl 8. The car park design is not driving friendly. Confusing for 1st time driving into the unit. Unit cleanliness: Mattress recommend to change as the condition is not in good condition. Air-con need to service as the dust accumulation & dirt. Overall cleanliness of the house need to dust of the spider web & other insect on the wall.
