Great contemporary finish and wonderful dual aspect gave us a very good view of the city.
The kitchen was generally well equipped - but be warned for Europeans there is no toaster (!).
Plenty of bedding and towels. Good hot water for showering and great to have a water filter installed in the kitchen for drinking water.
It was great to have a good quality washing machine and a good drying rack for clothes, I appreciated this staying with a family.
The hosts were prompt with replying and responding to requests we had.
Good pool facilities and helpful security personnel.
Good distance to two large shopping centres.
There is a wonderful fresh local produce market on your door step - Pudu Market at the rear of the property - which we found a real plus.
Easy to book “Grab” taxis as the building is well known. The basins in the bathroom have not been sealed properly - water flows down the back of the basin and into the floor towards the toilet which makes a mess. It is degrading the property but would be an easy fix, and I suggest be done as soon as possible as it does tend to give the impression that the toilet is leaking, which is not the case.
The kitchen equipment, particularly the frypan and saucepan were stained/damaged. We purchased our own to use. There was not enough crockery for four people - again we purchased a couple of plates but it wasn’t a big deal.
The TV remotes are confusing and a bit unreliable - we replaced the batteries here.
Considering there is not green waste service or recycling service I suggest the hosts provide stronger plastic bags for rubbish.
There are good sizeable shopping centres nearby but beware - even though it is easy walking distance the footpaths are hard to navigate and crossing times at traffic lights are NOT adequate - especially for those with younger children.
There is a train station tantalisingly close - but NOT walkable as an impassable multi lane road lies in your way.

- Laurence (9/5): It was a nice & comfortable stay for me & my family. Surely will stay there again. - Near to MyTown & Ikea. Cleanliness and fully equipt with houseful utensils. But I don't use most of them. Although not related to the property, just to mention the traffic light crossing on the way to MyTown & Ikea does not work. Not sure if it was due to Public Holiday.

Overall me and my family enjoyed the short stay. Would recommend to others. Perhaps just an a situation that out of their.control as neighbours renovation noice of wall drilling toward last two days of our stay from 9am..
