• Ahmed (1/5): VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN KUALA LUMPUR - Old furniture, dirty billows, sofa covers and towels, the washing machine was missing, FAULTY air-conditioning not cooling at all. We stayed 2 nights without air conditioning in Kuala Lumpur in May. I booked to stay for 5 nights. I contacted booking.com and cancelled my reservation. The host was not helpful at all. The host wants to rent the place and gets your money. He does not care about the guest. BE CAREFUL. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We were very disappointed. The host is ignorant and not helpful. He confirmed to me that there is a washing machine in the flat. When I checked-in the washing machine was not there. The air conditioning was faulty and not cooling. The host has to make sure all devices are working before the guest check-in. BE CAREFUL DO NOT STAY HERE.

The pool is somewhere else in the building (not specified by the staff in a any communication) and is shared. This is exactly the opposite of private pool. Very unfair treatment, I could have booked a different place for a lower price
• Anais (6/5): Manque d'entretien et de considération du client - Le café en bas de l'immeuble et la machine à laver qui fait aussi sèche linge, bien que le linge lavé sentait plus mauvais à la sortie du lave linge... Un manque d'entretien certain ! : odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre tout le séjour et de grosses tâches sous la climatisation (dégâts des eaux), des joints sanitaires noircis, un sol gondolé, sans parler du tapis de bain équivalent à un torchon sale et tâché. Ça démontre un sens du clientélisme= 0

• Zarylbu (10/5): Ein super schönes Apartment, das einer der highlights unseres Aufenthalts in KL war. Immer wieder gerne 🥰 - -Schöne Aussicht (Blick auf Merdeka 118) durch das große Fenster der Sitzecke (Etage 33) - Apartment mit Kühlschrank, Kochherd und Waschmaschine - Utensilien im Bad verfügbar. Perfekt für Backpacker die nicht viel mitschleppen wollen - Gym und Pool mit Blick auf KL Tower (Etage 37/38) - ca. 15-30 min zu Fuß sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar (Petrona Tower, Merdeka Square etc) - mini (mini) market im Gebäude - kein Waschmittel (laut Vermieter müssen die Gäste das Waschmittel selber kaufen). Kostet aber nicht viel im Supermarket - falls man kochen möchte, gibt es wenig Intensionen dafür. Nur das nötigste

• Mirco (7/5): - Appartamento ampio con vista bellissima. Piscina al piano 34 con bellissima vista. Reception h24 con sicurezza all'ingresso. Buona posizione. Buon prezzo Mancano informazionii chiare e complete sull'uso dell'appartamento (ad esempio gli interruttori). Mancano appendici per gli asciugamani nel bagno. Si avverte la mancanza di un asciugamani piccolo per mani e viso. Problemi con l'uso del condizionatore (il telecomando non funzionava). Uno degli asciugamani macchiato. Bagno molto umido e maleodorante con aspiratore sporco ed una grossa macchia di umido nel soffitto. Contattato l'host, si è prodigato per il telecomando del condizionatare e il cambio dello asciugamani, ma non per pulire l'aspiratore e sistemare il soffitto. L'appartamento manca sicuramente di manutenzione
• Jamie (5/5): One of those properties that look way better in pictures than reality - Good viewing points of the city and great view from the room. The vibe was a young remote working hostel type of atmosphere, always alot of ppl in the lobby and elevators. They had many facilities-pool, gym, working area, sitting places but I found everything poorly maintained making it look run down. The pool is crowded and the platform didn’t look that clean but ppl just laid their towels down to sunbathe. The studio is spacious and kitchen has utensils and pans but they’re not in great shape. The place smelled heavily of mold, had to leave the AC and fan on the whole day to minimize the smell. They barely give you any amenities, just two towels-no hand towels for the bathroom or kitchen, when requested some hand towels they said each towel would cost extra 10 ringgit. No detergent for the laundry either. The furniture was dirty, run down. Not to mention the shower has no door or curtain so the whole floor is wet. Also mind you if you don’t have hot water, it’s because you turned off the hot water switch and you have to message asking why there is no hot water-no instructions at all for anything. After booking, they only email you the day of your booking to let you know the check in instructions and the actual address. Overall the property itself and apartment was poorly maintained. Would not stay again. Also location was not super convenient, it was 10 min walking to Bukit Bintang, to the metro station or to Chinatown. 10 min doesn’t sound bad but when it’s 35 degrees and 100% humidity with luggage or heavy backpack it still seems far and there are no restaurants downstairs but they do have a small coffee cart outside the lobby. We had two extra days in KL and didn’t want to stay there so we moved to a real hotel and was so much more comfortable.
• Maciej (9/5): Spacious apartment with a nice panorama of KL. - Spacious, great value for money, located in calm and green area, nice views and the shared infinity pool. It’s an apartment building (not a hotel) so it’s more like renting a place than staying in a hotel. But it’s not a problem, everything is provided. Just minor issues: The a/c was a bit weak, no hooks for the towels in bathroom, sometimes longer waits for the elevator

• Farid (2/5): Stay away from Living Signature - its a Living Nightmare! - The location of this property is perfect and I stayed at Ceylonz EXIM few times before. With this trip I would say that would be only good thing that I can state. The property host Living Signature failed to provide property as advertised on Booking website. The host provided advise through WhatsApp checking details, and upon arrival at reception I received different room from one communicated. I addition to this, allocated room had issue with key, starting aircon and final touch when TV stopped working. The host would take time to respond to my messages, declining request to change the rooms - stating none available. The following day after I waited for technician to come to fix the problem, and after my attempt to contact host I was advised that they need part for TV and can't be fixed till end of the month. I contacted Booking help service and that was another disappointment - conflicting information and NEVER received any communication from Booking regarding my issue. Suddenly I received the offer from host to move to another smaller room, which I accepted as wanted to relax after two days of issue. Unfortunately the second room had water damaged floor upon the entry, which made whole room smell on dampness and mould. I additionally to this, host arranged kettle replacement without prior notification that someone will enter my room! Very poor service and dreadful experience.

There was an unpleasant damp smell in the room, couldn’t get rid of it nor could get used to it. Staff tried to attend and used some air fresheners but the unpleasant smell has stayed.

• Louis (4/5): Great location, disappointing accommodation - Was in a good location, close to cool area of KL. the pool area and the secret gardens were very cool and the views are amazing of the skyline. The first room we were given smelled strongly of damp/mould, to the point we both got headaches if we stayed in the room too long. When we asked to change rooms, the hotel told us we had to go through Booking.com as they couldn’t deal with it directly. It then took two days to move us, despite only staying three nights. The second room didn’t smell, but the flooring was clearly damaged, likely from water, and had warped so badly that the front door struggled to open over it.

• Jobolien (7/5): - It is a modern building with great common facilities, like a workspace and a gym. The studio apt is spacious and well-equipped. Contact with the property management company is easy. There is a strong mold smell in the apartment and you can see some water damage on the walls. For a few days it is manageable but wouldn't recommend for longer stays.
• Taylor (3/5): - Good location, close to skytrain, Merdeka square, and night market. Can see Merdeka 118 from the window. Good fridge, stays on when you leave the room, so does the AC. Washing machine and lots of space to hang dry clothes. This suite is infested with roaches... when we arrived there was roach poop all over the counters like it had sat empty for a while. I had to clean everything before we could unpack. We killed probably 10 in our 3 night stay. Host, please do something about the bugs!! Its gross! The AC barely worked. We had it full blast the whole stay and it never got as cool as we hoped. The rooftop pool was one of the things we were most excited for. The security yelled at my husband for wearing a rash guard in the pool even though there were 3 other Asian people wearing them. Then another day they hassled us about smoking even though we were in the smoking area. Theres no posted pool rules and It felt like they made up rules just to hassle us when other people were doing the exact same thing... The room is not made up during your stay, and fresh towels cost 5 rm per towel 👎 Nobody tell you the building rules, where things are located in the building, hours of operation ect at check in, check in instructions are literally only how to get into the room.

• beatlemack (9/5): Hermoso pero le falta equipamiento de cocina - La vista desde el departamento es magnífica, la cama súper cómoda, el baño bárbaro y la pileta en el piso superior una locura de hermosa. Buenísimo para sacar fotos A pesar de ser un departamento donde esperábamos poder cocinar nuestra propia comida (reservamos un dpto por este motivo) no había cuchillos, había un solo vaso y para cocinar, una sola sarten. También hay que caminar varias cuadras para llegar a cualquier lugar, incluso a un simple mercadito.

• Iwona (1/5): Avoid if you can - The main advantage of this place is a swimming pool. But it was closed for maintanance for 1 week. We had not been informed even if the owner had known about it. Moreover the place was really dirty (eg bedsheets). We left and found a better place. So better stay somewhere else! The owner is not fair and the place is dirty

• Lieke (9/5): Prima verblijf gehad - Mooie ruime studio. Zeer goede locatie. Binnen 10 minuten lopen ben je op jalan alor. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het zwembad. Druk gebouw, lang wachten tot de lift er is. Na 15u mag je geen drinken meenemen naar het zwembad. Je bent als je wil zitten verplicht om een veel te duur drankje te bestellen waar achteraf (kleine lettertjes) nog 10% service charge bij op komt. De mensen die bij de bar werken zijn erg onvriendelijk dus ik snap de 10% fooi niet zo goed.

• Petter (4/5): Dirty room!! - Location, atm in the lobby, nearby grocery store, walking distance to a lot of places. It must be mentioned that we're not picky and can handle a very simple accommodation, as long as its clean. But this accommodation had a dirty room, blockage in the drain, uncleaned floor (dust, dirty tissues, stains on blankets and bathroom carpet, very uncleaned refrigerator and kitchen tools, no hot water in the kitchen and bathroom (basin), the ac didn't work (only fan) We did report the cleaning issues to the host but no action on this. For this type of accommodation, you expect it to be at least ok. It was manageable but we were disappointed. We took photos and sent them to the host but the host erased the log so we can, unfortunately, not attach any photos. Maybe just bad luck this time, but we will not choose this accommodation again.

• Lucia (10/5): Excelente - El apartamento es precioso, tal como las fotos, todo vidriado con vistas, equipado, cómodo y super bonito. La piscina del edificio en el piso 37 es espectacular. Es cierto que sólo hay 5 tumbonas para todo el edificio pero igual puedes pasar el rato. Dan toallas de piscina. La ubicación es perfecta, vas caminando a todos lados. Para guardar equipaje al checkout te cobran 5RM por bulto, es poco pero podría estar incluido en los servicios.

Great skyline view as you can see the petronas tower (not both as side view) and sky tower The wait for the lift, you have to plan your check out time to not be late. Sometimes the lift won’t stop on your floor so you can be waiting. The communication was poor through booking.com to speak to property. Sent messages before arrival and when I left still no reply. If this has been an emergency I don’t have faith in them to respond. Also only one small thin towel in room.

• sorosh (1/5): - location is good, close to main tourist destinations, good building overall. if i could give 0 star to this property, i would of. terrible room, everything was so dirty, big mold and hole in the bathroom which kept leaking, the property managers never responded to our messages, it was so bad that we left earlier than our booking, we stayed in other rooms in the same building and it was not the same as here, i would not recommend this property at all.

• Carmen (8/5): Increíbles instalaciones y calidad precio - La localización, puedes ir a pie a todas partes. Piscina increíble, instalaciones en general muy top!! Fallos del agua caliente en horas punta cosa que le quita bastante puntuación al hotel. Había cosas en el apartamento que no funcionaban y durante nuestra estancia no se arreglaron.

• Kiki (2/5): Prima ligging, helaas flink last van riool(achtige) geur - De ligging is prima, op loopafstand van Chinatown en Bukit Bintang. Mooi zwembad met uitzicht op de Petronas Towers. Bij binnenkomst rook het appartement meteen al naar een rioollucht. We hebben dit 1 nachtje aangekeken, maar na het lastig in contact komen met de host/eigenaar, kregen we de kans om in een ander appartement (hetzelfde gebouw) te verblijven. Helaas was hier hetzelfde probleem. Wij vonden de geur onverdraaglijk en hebben besloten een ander verblijf te zoeken. Een ander appartement met hetzelfde probleem aanbieden is voor ons namelijk geen oplossing. Een andere oplossing (vergoeding voor ongemak) zouden wij volgens de host via booking.com zelf moeten regelen.
• Marta (8/5): BBB Bueno, Bonito, Barato en el centro de KL - Me gusto que es un hotel moderno y céntrico, con muy buena relación calidad precio y zonas comunes como jardines y piscina. También tiene un mini mart en la planta de recepción y un cajero. Me gusto todo en general, pero si tuviera que ponerle una pega seria que en la piscina hay muy pocas hamacas, solamente 4 que son pocas para la cantidad de gente que va a la piscina. Si no tienes hamaca tienes que dejar tu ropa por cualquier lado porque en las mesas del bar no te dejan, solo si consumes. Lo ideal seria o tener algunas hamacas o sillas mas para la gente que esta en la piscina o al menos unos colgadores.

Había una gran cucaracha y cantidad de bichos más pequeños rondando a sus anchas por la habitación (no se si mini cucarachas). Olía muchisimoo a humedad, hacia que la estancia fuera muy incómoda. Cada vez que entrabas el olor te invadía.. Tampoco dan toalla de manos..
• Eli (3/5): - The view and the pool were great. There were a lot of tiny red ants all over the room, on the bed, the bathroom and even on our clothes. We were on the 22nd floor and we didnt have hot water and on the rare occasion when we did have, it was enough for only one person.
• Federico (8/5): Appartamento confortevole e bello, molto piacevole trascorrere in questa struttura il proprio soggiorno - Appartamento molto bello e curato con tutti i servizi funzionanti e a disposizione. La vista era bellissima. La struttura è dotata di piscina e palestra molto belle dov’è troviamo anche un bar/ristorante in cui il personale è molto accogliente e con prezzi giusti L’unica pecca che trovo è la doccia aperta senza vetro, portando a bagnare tutto il pavimento del bagno ad ogni doccia

• Thuy Tien (5/5): Big room, good facilities, relatively cheap but horrible smell from the bathroom that smells like sewage :( Only managab - Apartment style rooms so it was spacious and includes microwave, washing machine and clothing steam iron for convenience. Has pretty pool, gardens, parking and indoor gym. The room was not cleaned properly. On the surface it was neat but there were stains in the bathroom counter and there’s a horrible smell coming out of the floor sink inside the bathroom. - I assume this is the bad plumbing but the stench was very obvious every-time you enter the room and if you leave the bathroom door open at night, it will stink up the whole apartment.

• elicounji (10/5): - La situation géographique La piscine sur le toit Agencement et propreté de l'appartement Petite boutique en dépannage au rdc Wifi Vu le nombre d'appartements loués, sur 30 étages, l'attente aux ascenseurs est parfois périlleuse. Juste à titre d'infos, il est demandé de quitter les locations avant 11h, car entre 11h et midi (heure à laquelle la plupart des appartements sont libérés) il est possible de passer 20 minutes à attendre un ascenseur. A prendre en considération.

I was changed to other unit in the last minute which is during the check in. I was not informed earlier. The check in was not very smooth. 2. I was disturbed by the cleaner at 10.30am asking when I am going to check out. It was uncomfortable.

• Kait (7/5): Good - The location was great. Easy to walk to Petronas Towers, China Town, Independence Square etc. Nearby lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms were a good size. The building felt safe, 24 hour security. The price was very good. The rooms looked tired, the walls were scuffed, the furniture damaged, the bathroom lights buzzed constantly in one room and the floor in the doorway was in poor condition. The aircon unit in the second room leaked alot. They definitely needed some TLC. The photos of the rooms were obviously taken a while ago. The lifts in the building were constantly busy. You had to leave your apartment at least 10 minutes earlier because you could wait that long with the lifts just passing your floor without stopping. There was a pool but the area was not clean and there were very few sunloungers to use. So we left very quickly.

• Dominika (10/5): We had a very nice stay. - Nice room, nice view, friendly staff, great pool and gym. Good location. The only thing I can complain about is the waiting time for elevator. For this number of floors there are only four and you need to always wait. Besides this everything is very good.
• Charlene (10/5): Great stay - I loved the spaciousness of the apartment, washing machine, bed and snook by the window. There is a shop on the ground floor which sells everything at a reasonable price. The Petronas Twins is around a 15 min walk from apartment. The sky pool is amazing with great views of the KL Tower.. host is very responsive by whatsapp. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. I would the shower leaver needs a good scrub.
