• Aliff (5/5): So so la but can manage - Grab / foodpanda can have direct access to deliver food. Wide space It’s like a dormitory place foreign workers too many bangladeshi . I don’t know it just ruin the vibe, facilities used by them , there’s no separate lif or whatsoever.

• Jeya (1/5): Pathetic stay - The person in the counter was so rude. He denied to speak in English though he knew English. We were a bit early to the place, we were ready to pay extra for early check in, but still he made his fight so much and at a very later point he gave us the keys. Further, no hot water in any of the washrooms. This is not the worse, one washroom water was not even coming. He sent someone to fix it. We had to sit with that plumber for 3 hours until he got it fixed and we couldn't go anywhere. But even after 3 hours the water wasn't fixed. No hot water for 3 days and no water for 2 days. The whole point of this property was the infinity pool, but the gaurds did not allow us. It was very slightly drizzling, but the guards made a huge scene of it and didn't let us in. The bedsheets and towels were not that clean. On the whole it was a pathetic experience. Please use some other flat in the same apartment, these agents were pathetic. We asked him for a little more refund because of this water issue. He started shouting at us.

• Yasothaseloras (1/5): Bad - Location & view Check in 3pm but cleaning late until 5pm... room not clean well, toilet not clean, amenities not complete, bed without blanket, towel short, service bad including agent at lobby. When i complain about the issue, she totally dont care about it. Totally not happy some more with parents & kids.

• Ahmad (9/5): Vacation+conference in KL - We booked for studio unit but was given 2 bedroom apartment, which is nice because we got our children together with us. The place is strategic. Got dedicated parking but got payment rm20/day. Check in and check out process was smooth. Got few shops at the ground floor especially convenience store and restaurants. Got self-service laundry at the lobby but the dryer not functioning well. There's one time the coin machine took my money, stuck in it.

• Julalie (9/5): Superb - I like the outdoor view– beautiful garden carp ponds, receptions everywhere, few restos, a convenience store, and waiting benches taxi areas. Straight forward, but cleanliness and convenience matter a lot. The location in this area was perfect for travelers. "Taxi-fare-friendly" due to places were close, you'll def save money. Indoor of the entire unit was another story. There are two rooms we went into. The first one was temporary due to the unavailability of our designated room. This unit was dark, outdated, and the view on our glass window panel was neighbors' dirty balconies. But when we transferred to our designated room, it was overwhelmingly spacious, bright, very clean, cozy with great views (petronas tower was waiving) from our glass windows. Choose ur room when booking. Confirm to the host the looks of ur room to avoid ending up in a horror room. That's very important. The building's lack of manpower in the reception area made it harder for travelers to check in. Travelers who came in past 6pm were on limbo. They need to contact their host. Even guards were unable to help since instructions came from the host holding the unit key. U are lucky if host is still awake at those hours to answer ur raging calls and messages. Irritation level at this point was too high. Some poured out all the blame to the poor innocent guards. (Btw, these are normal occurences only to evening check-in travelers, according to the guards) In our case, we came in at 5am, instructed the host to check in early and even confirmed it, but end up waiting outside near the balcony area (since inside reception has creepy vibes due to dirty couches and too hot- no ac on) up to 7pm.

• Noona (6/5): the host is not friendly at all, they response so late and sometimes didn't response at all - the location is great because it is near with the places that my family and i wanted to go. the view at the apartment was so great! my family and i love it so much <3 i don't like about the rules at the swimming pool. there are so many rules that we have to follow, not good at all

The apartment was not as shown in the picture. And they were insects such as small cockroaches in the apartment.There wasn’t any balcony.The bed was in the living room nothing like it was shown in the picture.
