For improvement of customer’s satisfactoon apart from pricing, the ope - Location - convenient for people attending courses at PGRM Broken shower handle, water dispenser with little water available - reported but no fixed. Old mattress not comfortable. Towels furnished but appears dirty. Poor internet coverage and no wifi provided.

Mohd (7/5): Good - Very strategic location. Decent amenities. Easy access to the pool. No WiFi, but can't complain much considering the price. The ceiling fan speed could be faster.

Tuck (3/5): Poor - Location is ok The corridor was smelly, door was quite bad as screeching sound can be heard when opening and closing door (the bottom of the door was rubbing the surface of the floor). Interior and paint were very worn.
Tuck (7/5): Good - Affordable and big room with an additional hall/living room. Location is just 3km away the KL shopping district. It is a little tough to find the lobby as the name is different from what you booked. Room is kind of old and corridor smells of cigarettes.

Tan (4/5): Disappointing - Room got dust a bit. I think long time no people stay. Room a bit old. No parking available. But location is ok. Got food and atm and pub nearby. If want to stay near there. I recommended to stay at parc3 condo. The room new and the price normally same.
