• AmyWill29 (10/5): - Quiet, private location but very close to the town centre. The bed was extremely comfortable. A gorgeous, modern bathroom. There was a wonderful chill factor sitting outside in the private garden. Great ambience inside as well with lots of lighting and window trim options for making the most of beautiful scenery and sunshine or keeping it cosy. Nothing to report!

• Vitali (10/5): A peaceful, beautiful accommodation with attention to detail. - Quit and peaceful location away from any busy road. The bed was very comfy with a proper blanket (no annoying multi layer sheets like in most other accommodation). The kitchen had a coffee pod machine and a variety of teas which I really enjoyed. Everything is decorated with attention to detail (lighting, furniture, decoration...). All in all it was a great stay and I would love to come back next time I am in Port Lincoln!

It was so homely and the extras (veggie garden & eggs from chickens) was a surprise but topped any place we have stayed. Everything is well thought of & we will be back in a heartbeat next time we come to Lincoln ❤️

The space was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The studio and setting were absolutely lovely, with your own private garden. We will be happy to return when we visit Port Lincoln again.

• Sue (9/5): Studio 22 was the perfect place for me to finish my studies and explore the nearby National Parks. - Location was perfect…rural views, quiet and only 5min drive into town, and Nat Pks nearby. The design of the house let winter sun in and warmed the house so AC not needed at night time. Bed very warm and comfy, bathroom excellent, showers hot. Views from the house private and aesthetically created for guests to enjoy…perfect breakfast spots. Nothing I would have changed.

• Julie (10/5): I wanted to stay longer! - Everything! This was the best accommodation on our trip around South Australia. It is very modern and tastefully furnished. The kitchen had everything we would need to prepare meals. The bed was super comfy. The garden was a relaxing delight. We fed the 'chooks' and helped ourselves to a few lemons as needed. Nothing.

• Andrew (10/5): Stunning outlook! - We enjoyed 4 nights at Studio 22 in June. Tersa was a wonderful host, and the studio was meticulously clean, well-appointed and beautifully curated. It was lovely to have the chickens and vegetable patch close by. A comfy bed and great heating, both natural and mechanical ensured we slept peacefully each night. The location was perfect for our needs, just a few minutes’ drive into town, but so quiet and peaceful with the beautiful garden outlook. We really enjoyed our stay in Port Lincoln, thanks Teresa. Highly recommend

The outside surrounds were exceptional, the gardens were a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed sitting outside at night having a class of wine & winding down. Would be one of the best places that we have stayed at. TEhe hosts, Nigel & Teresa, were very helpful & welcoming without being intrusive. Highly recommend the Studio to anyone staying at Port Lincoln. I have no complaints.
• Olivia (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was lovely. The apartment has everything you need. The location is perfect, close enough to the town but in a very quiet place so you can rest. Really clean and beautiful decorated. The garden is what makes it special. The cherry on top was Mini's visits! Totally recommend it and we'll definitely come back :) The only thing I didn't like was that we stayed only 2 nights, we would have loved to stay for a longer period.

Down to additional toiletries and other bathroom/laundry/kitchen inclusions. The accommodation felt very luxurious and the gardens were peaceful and relaxing. Nothing, except we were only there two nights! Could have easily stayed longer :)

• Vitali (10/5): Exceptionally beautiful and comfortable place to stay! - Great location, away from any noise and traffic. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was modern, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything inside and outside the accommodation was done with attention to detail. The provided snacks, a good variety of teas and coffee made my stay feel like home. Due so many windows the accommodation gets filled with a lot of sunlight which I really liked. The only thing that could have been better is the heating. The A/C struggled to warm up the space as it is winter and the temperature outside was around 5 degree Celsius. This is certainly not an issue during warmer nights.

• Angel (10/5): Exceptional - Gorgeous private studio with an unbelievable view of the green hills and blue ocean. The studio had everything we needed, from the kitchen to a peaceful relaxing garden, it felt like home away from home. The chickens were very generous with their daily eggs and Mini the dog with her energetic personality made it hard for us to leave. We loved every bit of it. Wish we could have stayed for longer.

If you enjoy long walks by the seashore, the city center might be at walking distance (ca. 4km). I just wish I have had more time to enjoy the place :)

Much care and thought has gone into providing anything that could be needed through the stay. The owners live on site and are lovely people who clearly enjoy interacting with their visitors. The garden was beautiful and had been designed by the owners who were more than happy to share their expertise on how to replicate it for ourselves. Nothing.

Studio 22 was equipped with everything one would need as Teresa paid great attention to detail. Studio 22 was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our car was parked right outside the door. After busy days of touring the region, it was so nice to return to Studio 22 and rest up. The garden is stunningly simplistic & we saw many birds. Mini the Jack Russell came to see us each morning and evening - she's gorgeous. If you are not staying in Studio 22 when in Port Lincoln, THEN YOU ARE STAYING IN THE WRONG PLACE. Thank you, Teresa & Nigel for providing first class accommodation for us. Barrie & Lesley. Nothing whatsoever!!

Great extras were the very friendly welcome from Minnie (the dog) on arrival and the ability to collect fresh eggs for breakfast. Only downside was that the studio was so comfortable and relaxing that we hung around a bit too much instead of exploring Port Lincoln itself. :)

Teresa's dog Mini 🐕 also made us feel welcomed, and we loved spending time with her in the garden. If you are travelling to Port Lincoln, we would highly recommend a stay at Studio 22. We will definitely stay there again. On a personal note, we would like to thank Teresa for helping us sort out an issue we had with our cat .🚗

The interior was also very comforting and well equipped with all lovely amenities. There was nothing we did not like. It would have been nice to have some walks close by however this was overcome by a short car ride into Port Lincoln. This was not a deal breaker.

• Robert (9/5): Very,very comfortable place to stay - a very pleasant and peaceful stay at Studio 22. Extremely well-equipped kitchen and everything functional. Fresh eggs each day were a lovely bonus. We didn't meet our hosts as they were away, but communication was good and access fine. You are out in the suburbs, but it feels almost rural the only bedding option was a quilt. Much better to have a couple of options (eg 2 blankets) to handle different conditions.

Spotlessly clean, and much thought has gone into every detail. All the necessities for self catering including fresh eggs from the chickens, garden greens and lemons on the tree. Nigel and Theresa were very friendly and provided useful information that helped us enjoy Port Lincoln, which is a magical place. Bed was uncomfortable for my back.
