Gisele (10/5): Vontade de ficar muito mais. - O apartamento é grande, conforta a quantidade permitida de pessoas tranquilamente, fica em frente à praia, e a praia é uma maravilha para quem gosta de calmaria, levar as crianças e ficar longe da muvuca.
Elizangela (3/5): Desconfortável. - Localização. 1º - o acesso ao prédio, ficamos 20 minutos para conseguir entrar. 2º - Muito confuso o acesso para pegar as chaves do apartamento. 3º - Os colchões do apartamento, bem ruim / desgastados e sujos, ficamos com muita dor nas costas. 4º - A saída do prédio, não tem controle para sairmos, todas as vezes que sair ou entrar precisa ligar na portaria, sendo que a portaria nunca atende, e quando ligamos para outro telefone, são inúmeras perguntas, os moradores que abrem para saída, isso que facilitou. 5º - A rampa da garagem é bem ruim, carros baixos podem encostar muito no chão. 6º - o apartamento é lateral mar, mas mesmo sendo lateral a vista é linda. Pontos positivos: 1º - Apartamento muito espaçoso. 2º - Ótima localização.
